Attention all sweet and savory food lovers, we have a new series of kitchen classes for you! Whether you’re new to cooking and baking or an enthusiast, our session classes will teach you how to create new dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen! Join Michele for fun, hands-on and real-time classes that cover everything from baking to cooking! Each week we’ll offer you a new sweet or savory experience. Sign up is simple; pick the sessions you want, pay the per session fee and receive your prep packet for each class. The session fee is per household so you can have as many cooks in your kitchen as you like! Classes are two to three hours, unless otherwise noted. DEB BROWNSTEIN Chef Deb started her cooking career as a child adding cream cheese to macaroni and scrambled eggs. She started in the business officially as a teenager and continued working in restaurants, learning all aspects of the food industry. Deb has worked as a Baker, Head Chef of a catering company, Chef of a London café and she started teaching cooking classes in 2002. Deb loves exposing people to new ingredients and ideas and dispelling myths about cooking. Her mantras in class are: “No question is dumb.” “Would you just try it once?” and “…could use a little salt!”

Learn different knife cuts as well as parts of a knife, knife grips, which knife for which task, how to care for your knives and most importantly how to keep your knives razor sharp. Make Your Own Cocktail Bitters

Make tasty, balanced cocktails with hand-crafted bitters, a musthave for your home bar. You’ll learn how to create a basic bitters base, experimenting with different infusions of aromatic plant extracts for custom flavors. The class includes everything you’ll need to create two 4-oz. bottles of bitters, including the base spirit, a variety of bittering and flavoring agents and reusable infusion jars and dispensing bottles to take home.
