Finding it deeply rewarding to guide people to a deeper connection and understanding of their bodies, Nancy has a special affinity for those motivated to recover range of motion and strength due to lasting pain, illness or surgery, having overcome chronic back pain herself. Nancy finds renewal and joy through many types of movement, including samba dance, tennis, cross country skiing and hiking above the tree line (especially on Mount Baker!). Using Pilates as the springboard, she intends to continue an active, engaged life for a very long while.

Ida, the instructor is amazing! She is so welcoming and engaging. She makes the class fun for every person that wants to learn Zumba. I would highly recommend the class!
