We begin with an initial consultation to understand your specific needs and requirements for the sensory room. Contact us to schedule a meeting at your convenience. This is a vital step to ensure we capture all your expectations and tailor the space to meet the unique needs of your users.
Step 2: Bespoke Plan Creation
Based on our discussion, our expert designers will create a bespoke plan for your sensory room. This includes detailed CAD drawings and a comprehensive quotation. Our plans are tailored to optimise the space and include a variety of sensory elements to stimulate and engage all senses.
Step 3: Review and Amend
Once the plan and quotation are ready, we will review them with you. This is your opportunity to suggest any amendments or changes. We ensure that the final plan aligns perfectly with your vision and meets all your requirements.
Step 4: Installation
Upon approval of the final plan, we will schedule the installation on a date that suits you. Our professional team will handle everything, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process. We aim to cause minimal disruption and ensure the highest quality installation.
Step 5: Training and Documentation
After installation, we provide comprehensive training on how to use and maintain the sensory room. You will receive full documentation that includes detailed instructions and tips to get the best out of your new sensory environment.
