ProctorU Voucher Process How it works ProctorU is a live remote proctoring service that allows you to take your exam online while ensuring the integrity of the exam. Exams can be taken through ProctorU 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Prior to your exam you will be connected to a live Proctor/Invigilator whose role is to guide you through the process.
Booking your exam To book your exam you need to go to https://publicexambookings.apmginternational.com and choose your exam. Select ‘Book new exam’

Upload the PDF voucher provided to you by Learning Tree. Select ‘Choose File’ highlighted below and locate the voucher on your computer, we recommend you save the voucher to your desktop. Ensure the Voucher expiry date matches the expiry date on your voucher. Click ‘Send Voucher’ and this will start the upload.

Once your booking has been confirmed you will be sent a booking confirmation email. Your voucher will be validated and an APMG exam registration email will be sent to you with instructions on how to schedule/take your online exam.

APMG Registration Open the email sent from APMG Support and read through the instructions. Click ‘Get Started’.

Create an account.
Register for your exam by going through the 4 Step registration wizard. Most of the fields will be pre-filled following your previous registration.

On your Exams Page you can view details of your exam or click ‘Next’ to view instructions and scheduling information.

Once scheduled you can add the appointment to your calendar or reschedule. Please read through the Candidate checklist and test your equipment prior to your appointment. If you experience problems during the equipment test you can connect to a ProctorU technician who will be able to assist you in preparation for your exam. Please use a network cabled connection to prevent any difficulties.
Candidate Checklist
Ensure you meet ProctorU’s Technical Requirements. Make sure your internet connection is fast and reliable. If you are connected through a Wi-Fi connection, we recommend using a network cable to avoid poor or unreliable connectivity. Have your valid photo ID ready to verify identity. Clear your workspace before connecting to ProctorU. Disconnect any duplicate displays. If your webcam is built into your monitor or laptop, make sure you have a reflective surface available such as a mirror or a DVD so your proctor can inspect the computer monitor edges and keyboard. Turn off all mobile devices and find a comfortable, quiet spot in a well-lit room. Make sure to close out all programs, applications, and websites that do not pertain to the exam. Once your exam is complete please inform the Proctor via the chat window so they can witness the exam submission upon completion. Failure to do so may result in your exam being voided.

At the time of your appointment the ‘Connect to your Proctor’ button will become active, click this to connect and follow the onscreen instructions to connect to your proctor.
Your proctor will guide you through the rest of the process and enter you into your exam.
