Quran Reading and Understand it can make Our life Easy The Holy Quran is the divine Book which was sent down to the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) through angel Gabriel in Ramadan, the Holy Month of the Islamic calendar, when Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) was 40 years of age. The Quran is a rope of Allah extended onto the earth from the sky. In Holy Quran, Allah had described each and every single thing in a very detailed manner. It is a complete code of guidance. There are 10 rewards for each letter we recite from the Quran. Allah has taken the responsibility of Quran so it is exactly the same as when it was sent. It contains no crookedness. Quran tells us 100% facts about our Prophet’s life, which gives us a lot to learn. Basically Quran is the greatest gift to the mankind. But unfortunately, we do not realize its importance. The Holy Quran that should be our first priority is now left as our least priority. Although, Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) says: “And the Quran is a proof for you or against you.” It will either favor us or be against us, depending on whether we have recited and practiced it in our daily life or not. In this Era which we call the 21st century, Muslims have time to use social media apps, hangout with friends, parties, etc. However, they don’t have time for the Quran reading. Being a Muslim, how shameful act it is.
Rewards of Reciting Holy Quran: The rewards of reciting the Quran are many. Purpose of Quran revelation is mentioned in Quran in the following way: “A Book which We have sent down to you, full of blessings that they may ponder over its Verses, and that men of understanding may receive admonition.” (Quran, 38:29) It is clear from above verse that the purpose of Quran is to bring blessings to a person and it brings about the spirit of monitoring in the readers. Therefore, if one does not read Quran on daily basis, he or she is actually missing a chance of getting inspiration to examine all the things Allah has created and all the matters of life. Therefore, in order to gain religious reward, a Muslim needs to recite Quran every day. There are multiple benefits of the Holy Quran reading: Quran reading purifies the hearts of the Muslim. Allah Almighty says in Holy Quran :” O mankind, there has to come to your instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the hearts and guidance and mercy for the believers.” The person who read the Holy Quran is the best of the people. Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: The best of you are the one who learn the Quran and teach it to others.” There is a 10 times reward on each utterance of the Quranic word. Quran recitation can be made attractive and in doing so, it can initiate a chance of conversation with Allah Almighty. If you want to get a high rank in paradise then memorize and recite the Holy Quran effectively. Being a Muslim, it's our religious duty to recite the Holy Quran with understanding.
Reading and understanding of Quran are the right of the Quran: Nowadays, people put on the Quran recitation through tape recorders and keep themselves busy with their usual chores. Naa-uz-bilah, it is an insult of Quran. So, forbid from doing so. Allah Almighty says in Quran: “So when the Quran is recited then listen to it and pay attention so that you receive mercy.” “Recite the Quran with measured recitation.” In this verse, it is said to read Quran in a slow measured tone so that it could soothe and strengthen the mind and soul of the reciter. The Tajweed also beautifies the recitation immensely. One should read the Quran completing the depth of each ayah. So that the meaning of each word would penetrate into his mind and reflect in his behavior so that the heart and soul will be filled with the light of its pure guidance.
