In particular Integral maintain: • The University Residences • Academic Buildings • Leahurst Vet Station & Ness Botanical Gardens Integral delivers its various mechanical, electrical and fabric services through a dedicated team of maintenance and specialist support engineers plus local supply chain partners. This team is controlled and managed by our Operation Management Team that comprises of one Contract Manager, Dave Bell supplemented by a Contract Supervisor and 17 site inducted/security vetted Maintenance Technicians. The key benefits we provide to the University are: Smooth Transition: 17 Engineers and Administrative staff joined Integral following a TUPE transfer and through a detailed and carefully planned mobilisation period of four weeks, ensured a seamless transition to Integral. Local Supply Chain: Integral have an extensive, varied and long standing supply chain in the Merseyside Region, thus supporting the local economy. Extensive Self Delivery: As well as the dedicated contract engineers, Integral have over one hundred and forty engineers in the North West. A strong self delivery ethos and less reliance on sub-contractors, mean that we are able to manage cost and service more effectively and deliver greater accountability and more effective management to the contract. Online Support: Integral have set up a dedicated web-based portal (pictured) to enable the University of Liverpool to interface directly with our own IT system (Vixensoft), whereby they can access a full suite of management information about the delivery of the contract. This system is extremely versatile and has a number of bespoke options, some of these include: reports can be provided on an individual site basis for planned maintenance carried out, reactive calls and results, estimated time versus actual, trend reports on reactive maintenance, call out response times and performance charts, and month by month expenditure, all this information can be viewed on a real-time basis. Steve Dickson, Director, Facilities Management , University of Liverpool: “Facilities Management is committed to delivering service excellence. We welcome Integral on board as our term contract partner and look forward to working with them on our journey of continuing service improvement.
