THE PLATEAU ESTATE Kitchen & Bath Design | Chief Architect & Building Information Modeling Chief Architect Chief Architect focuses on building 3D renderings & detailed 2D construction documentation. It can be used to automatically generate floor plans, 360-degree panoramic views, elevations, and more using a unified interface. As you draw walls, windows, and doors, the program simultaneously creates a 3D model. Chief Architect uses parametric capabilities which allows users to assign dimensions & properties to 2D or 3D information. This includes width, depth, height, & other specifications. The software also produces schedules of fixtures & materials used in the developed design.

When laying out the space plan for CANVAS, it was important that the journey the customer takes & how they navigate the space was prioritized. The anticipation build up begins at the store façade - window vignettes communicate the essence of the brand & display a glimpse of what can be found within. The industrial materiality is carried into the interior where customers are immediately drawn into the space by the Custom Paint Station power wall & the curved architectural features carrying their sightlines to the logo & cashwrap at the back of the store. The key elements of the store are arranged with purpose to create an engaging customer experience. They are highlighted by a change in flooring or custom ceiling elements, such as the Entry Art Display & the Art Gallery.
