ECONOMIC STATUS
for the
POVERTY
Because we believe that education is the way out of poverty. Poverty does terrible things to a person, because it is not only a lack of resources. Poverty is also a particular mindset. It is not only a state of being, but also a way of thinking.
These beliefs are so powerful, that children brought up in this environment are systematically indoctrinated into thinking in the same way. This is how the cycle of poverty perpetuates from generation to generation.
Fighting poverty is fighting to break this cycle by changing the mindset of poverty. The best way to change a mindset is through Education. This is the purpose of the Community Centre programme. Not only to provide hard skills such as English and IT, but also to change their approach to life, allowing them to recognize their possibilities as individuals and achieve a better future.
Adaptive Reuse Using the existing old structure (post & beam) to challange an injection of a whole new programme and function to it.
In the urban planning and development industries, infill has been defined as the use of land within a built-up area for further construction, especially as part of a community redevelopment or growth management program or as part of smart growth. It focuses on the reuse and repositioning of obsolete or underutilized buildings and sites. This type of development is essential to renewing blighted neighborhoods and knitting them back together with more prosperous communities. Redevelopment or land recycling is development that occurs on previously developed land. Infill buildings are constructed on vacant or un derutilized property or between existing buildings.
