SOUTH CAMPUS LIBRARY RENOVATION
WHAT WE'RE AIMING TO ACCOMPLISH Our South Campus Library will continue to be a "Hub" for reading and discovery. Join us as we modernize, enlarge and enhance the space for our students. Through your investments, fresh colors, new flooring, and an entirely new aesthetic will creatively engage our students. Maker spaces and modular furniture will provide students with more room to read, explore, and collaborate. The library will be a vibrant hub of learning, serving students on the South Campus.

BY THE NUMBERS The estimated total cost of this project is $300,000. The renovation will be fully funded by designated donations and The Stronger Together Fund. The South Campus Library currently holds 14,800 books and this renovated space will allow us the room to expand our collection even further. Nearly 400 students visit the library each week. With the redesigned space, we anticipate being able to welcome students even more frequently. With an additional 200 square feet, we will have greater room for maker space and additional STEM enhancements.

New furniture and seating will create a dynamic space that allows for movement and collaborative learning.
The layout of the room is specifically designed to welcome multiple classes at a time, creating a more multi-functional space. Designated areas for maker spaces, reading, play theater, story time, and STEM learning will be created to engage students.

Books lining the walls, heightened ceilings, new inset windows, and mirrors create a more functional space with natural lighting. Book cases are custom designed to provide much-needed storage space.
Additional windows pour in natural light, while fun and warm colors welcome students to the space. The centerpiece of the room illustrates the tree of life and God's life-giving presence.
