BEYOND: Legacy for Life D E A R L E GA CY C H R I ST I A N A CA D E MY CO M M U N I T Y, I’m thrilled to introduce our comprehensive strategic plan, “Beyond: Legacy for Life,” a roadmap that will guide us into a future where our students thrive academically and emerge as steadfast leaders rooted in the Christian faith. This visionary plan reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional Christ-centered education that equips our students to advance God’s Kingdom in an ever-changing world. At Legacy Christian Academy, we understand the profound impact of Christian education. Every LCA student will have access to a transformative educational experience firmly grounded in Biblical Truth. By nurturing academic excellence and developing unwavering Christian character, we will prepare our students to lead and make a lasting impact on the world. Through the work of advisory committees consisting of parents, students, teachers, administrative leaders, and board members, “Beyond: Legacy for Life” outlines four goals that will guide our efforts: Goal 1: Saturate our entire community with Biblical Truth and faith-deepening opportunities. Goal 2: E quip students with the knowledge, skills, and character to be leaders in an ever-changing world. Goal 3: Empower the faculty and staff to serve the LCA community with excellence. Goal 4: Expand Legacy’s potential to make a lasting Kingdom Impact for the future. Through these goals, we aim to ensure that our mission remains the driving force behind everything we do. As we embark on this exciting journey, I invite all community members—students, parents, faculty, and staff—to join us in shaping the future of Legacy Christian Academy. Together, we will continue to stand as a beacon of excellence in Christian education, producing leaders of integrity and biblical conviction. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to our shared vision. With you as our partners, I look forward to the remarkable achievements of Legacy Christian Academy for the glory of God! In His Service,

VISION: Legacy Christian Academy will be the school of choice for committed Christian families who desire the best Christ-centered education to advance God’s Kingdom.
CORE VALUES: Legacy Christian Academy affirms these essential beliefs and strives to honor and uphold them in all aspects of school life.
PURSUIT OF TRUTH
We affirm “all truth is God’s truth” through a liberal arts education that fosters a love for learning and a desire for wisdom. “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” –John 8:32 (ESV)
PRIMACY OF SCRIPTURE
We teach all subjects from a biblical worldview and we apply the truth and authority of biblical principles in all situations. “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” –2 Timothy 3:16-17 (ESV)
IMAGO DEI
We respect all people as individuals created in the image of God and we celebrate the diversity of gifts and callings. “Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness...’” –Genesis 1:26 (ESV)

STRATEGIC PLAN
COVENANT RELATIONSHIPS
We build relationships that foster mutual support, respect, and a commitment to promote the welfare of others. “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” –Philippians 2:3-4 (ESV)
DISCIPLESHIP
We, as Christ-followers, are committed to a life of virtue and acting as agents in God’s plan of restoration. “Then Jesus told his disciples, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.’” –Matthew 16:24 (ESV)
SERVANT-LEADERSHIP
We provide opportunities to serve one another, our community, and our world. “…But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” –Matthew 20:26-28 (ESV)

THE LEGACY PROMISE: Legacy Christian Academy is more than a school. It is more than any one class, any one teacher, or any one student. It is more than any one person. Legacy Christian Academy is a Christian community, made whole by every student, parent, faculty and staff member. We are united through our common faith in Jesus Christ.
OUR PROMISE TO EVERY LCA FAMILY: > WE WILL KNOW YOUR CHILD > WE WILL LOVE YOUR CHILD > WE WILL PREPARE YOUR CHILD We promise that we will take a personal interest in your child’s welfare and progress. We will know each child’s strengths and weaknesses. We will not allow him or her to fall through the cracks. We will treat your child as if he or she is one of our own. And we will reinforce the truth that he or she is made in God’s image and reflects His glory.
