Herold’s Bay is sheltered by a rocky cove and is a wonderful swimming beach, but it is also great for surfing and fishing.

The tidal pool is massive so there is plenty of space for families to splash around, or for the more energetic –a few laps. The water is a little warmer than that of the sea, because there are no currents to keep it moving.
