Saint George “Seasmoke Farm” Estate Sells for Record-Breaking $9,750,000

We are proud to announce we closed on the highest sale in our 18-year history with our Camden agent Brian Wickenden representing the sellers. The one-of-a-kind oceanfront estate on 32 acres in Saint George, known as “Seasmoke Farm,” sold for $9,750,000. The property is also the highest-priced sale in Maine this year, the highest-priced property ever sold in Saint George, and the sixth-highest residential sale in state history.

The Midcoast Maine estate was featured in Architectural Digest, highlighting the property’s stunning interior design and attention to detail while showcasing the natural landscape. The coastal getaway includes a shingle-style main house, two guest cottages, a pool house, and a farm, and was a collaboration between Portland-based landscape architects Mohr & Seredin, Alabama–based Cole & Cole Architects, and Atlanta interior designer Suzanne Kasler.
