Our AiR 5.6 and 4.2 PT helmets feature a unique channel in the back of the helmet to comfortably accommodate players who wear ponytails.

The AiR Maxx T 5.6 and 4.2, as well as the AiR 5.6 and 4.2 utilize the AiR–XE shell. A dynamic shell design, it’s engineered for a truer fit and to maximize ventilation.

BATTER’S AND FIELDER’S PROTECTION HELMET FITTING GUIDE
STEP 1 Measure the circumference of the player’s head at its widest point, about 1” above the player’s eyebrows.
STEP 2 The helmet bill should be parallel to the ground, 1” above the eyebrows. If a faceguard is attached, you should have an unobstructed view.
STEP 3 Helmet should fit snug, without pinching or feeling too tight. Helmet should NOT move independently of the player’s head.
STEP 4 Give the bill of the helmet a solid tap while the player is wearing it. The helmet shouldn’t move. If it does, the helmet is too big.
