Dear Lehman College friends and family,

This past year has brought remarkable success to Lehman College thanks to your generosity, which afforded many students the experience of a Lehman College education. Tuition assistance, mentoring, contributions to the Lehman College Food Bank and to the student emergency fund—all supported by philanthropy—are just a few of the ways you have helped keep students in school during times of economic insecurity. Your gifts have immeasurable impact. When students persist and graduate, their achievements directly impact their families, their professions, their communities, and the world-at-large.

It is important to credit the guidance of the Herbert H. Lehman College Foundation’s Board of Directors, thoughtful volunteers who walk with the staff of the Division of Institutional Advancement daily to think through strategies that will enlarge the group of donors and philanthropists who are making the difference for our students and Lehman’s mission. Likewise, the staff of the Division of Institutional Advancement is focused on ways to sustain and grow initiatives that enhance the academic lives of our students and secure their futures.
