The Fine Print‌. CLUB AVAILABILITY: The Club is available seven days per week and our minimum guest count is 50. Special accommodations can be made for groups under the minimum. ROOM RENTAL: 4 Hour Rental with Coordinator and Bartender $250.00 Monday through Thursday. $500.00 Friday & Sunday. $750 Saturday (if available) DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: To insure your date, we require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 5 business days prior to your event. We accept personal or bank checks. American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted for deposit only. SPECIAL MENU REQUESTS: Our Event Coordinator will be glad to assist you in customizing your menu. GUARANTEE: An exact guest count is due 7 days prior to your event, to be used as a minimum guarantee. If the exact count is not given, the expected attendance will become your guarantee. You may not decrease your count after this time. Should your count increase, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. SERVICE FEE AND TAXES: A service fee of 18% will be added to all food and beverage items. 7% Sales tax also applicable.
DECORATION: Let our function coordinator assist you in decorating the room. Centerpieces are available upon requests. LINEN & CHINA: All of the above menus include china and linen services. Linen services include all guest tables (3/4 length table linens), food tables, and DJ entertainment table. If additional linen
is requested the fees are Banquet table: 18.00 per table, 5’ Round table 10.00 (3/4 length linen) Floor-length guest tables 22.00. If you choose to do paper table covers & high quality disposable plates, please deduct 2.00 per person from menu prices above.
