FAMILY HOME MALI I designed this 350 m2 house requested by a relative living in Mali, for a Family of 6. Big glass bay windows in order to let air in and out of the house, in contracdictions to the small windows that are usually built in houses in Mali. I found it important for good air circulation but also, taken into consideration the heat and sun, the house will therefore have to have adequate window treatment. It has a big green garden in the back which actually could have included a pool but i wanted to focus more on the house Interiors this time in order to showcase the visuals filled witch chosen fabrics, colours, furnitures and fixtures picked from differents design furnitures companies.

The Renders above are all from the ground floor which include the dining area, a sunken living area with the show stopping TV Structure in Corten steel and a fake fireplace below. The middle render shows the other view of the living room facing the stair way, a relaxing reading area by it with a little fish pond. On the far right render, the amazing kitchen with an island in the middle. All white and Light oak wood because who doesn’t like a bigger looking kitchen hey. Down below is the Master Bedroom and it’s ensuite. I wanted it to have a hotel type of feel hence the window giving on the bathroom. Bathtub made of a a luxurious Onyx material, inlcuding a rain shower. On the next page, there are the renders for Bedroom number 1 & 2. Obviously distinguishing the color scheme, shows that the top one is a Boy’s bedroom and the other a Girls bedroom. The bottom render is of the entrance hall.

YEH SPACE, HONG QIAO OFFICE, SHANGHAI Yeh Space Management Brand promotes co-working, fun and open working spaces. The highlighted area was space planned according to the clients request to fit a maximum of 150 people. We included partitions as seen in the renders on the next page, in order for a smooth distribution of the working desks and for a little privacy. Adding a few greens to warm up the Space was essential to warm up the environment and a pinch of colours here and there on the furnitures and partitions (Made of wood and Fabric) following the Yeh Space Branding colours.

The above pictures were taken on a site inspection . Those were helpful in term of producing accurate renders of the projected final visuals to present to the client the before and after. Below are the chill area right behind the reception hall. one View of a co-working space and a private meetingg room.

YEH SPACE, SU ZHOU LU OFFICE, SHANGHAI CONCEPT STATEMENT Another Yeh Space Management co-working, fun and open working spaces. Inspiring myself form biomicry designs was a first for me on this one, yet super exciting i must say. Not so much focusing on the technical details on this project but more on the design aspect, creating a unique floorplan with aesthetic yet functionality. Not only was i able to include a green wall in this space, i also used a leaf shape to make it the focal point of this design. The smooth edges all around makes the transition easier on the eye instead of having just a regular boxy plan. Since the office exterior walls on the 7th floor is solely glass, it was important to not close up the space so light can come through. All doors of the single offices are in glass, with a tempered section for privacy, and the leaf structure, also has slits / cuts from floor to ceiling. Materials: Wallpapers, Carpet, wood. Less is More.
