Christmas on stage – Tonight is a special night out!
This luxurious theme puts classic Christmas centre stage in the theatre. The façade of the building is old, but still in perfect condition and imagine a beautiful awning and atmospheric lighting. The red carpet is rolled out with golden poles and velvet cords, with festive soldier characters at the entrance. Inside there is an atmospheric stage with immaculately dressed Christmas trees and in the spotlight, a luxe golden nutcracker. This nostalgic theme is inspired by Art Deco style.
Festive Ballroom – Dining, Dancing & Romancing!
Key to this theme is florals, romance and art nouveau and inspiration for it came from the Regency era. This theme is set in a beautiful old villa with a curved window and attached orangery. Here and there against the façade winter flowers grow and as you walk through the imposing entrance you come across an impressive dining room with a beautifully set Christmas table – ready for a festive ball. Adorned with tablecloths in soft shades and crystal cut champagne glasses, there are vases filled with scented bouquets and tall slender candlesticks with pastel tapers. There are green garlands covered in snow, birds and butterflies. Every little detail has been thought of.
Santa’s Bakery – All you need is love and Christmas cookies!
The setting for this scene is a lovely coffee shop, ‘Claus & Co.’ It’s set in an authentic Amsterdam canal house complete with red shutters and a pulley to load goods inside. You can smell the roasted coffee beans and chocolate from miles away. The house is lighted dusted with snow and lights hang above each window. Outside a green van is parked unloading delicious orders of coffee, cake and Christmas packages. Everything is wrapped in traditional ribbon. Inside Santa’s little mice helpers and the Christmas elves are busy baking, piping and wrapping lovely sweet treats.
Fairy Forest – a place filled with joy and wonder!
As you wander deep into the forest you’re surrounded by woody mushrooms and even a forest elf or two. These magical creatures play with the animals in the forest and light up the tree-covered canopy as night falls. Following the fairy tale path you walk past various decorative items, and further in the forest you see a wooden house with a flat roof, completely covered in mosses and ferns. On the porch a fire pit with fireplace blocks is glowing. There is also an old chair with checkered plaids - a wonderful place to listen and enjoy the sounds and smell of the forest.
