The successor to the long-running and very popular

Marantz PM6006 integrated amplifi er is now in stock. While the power output remains the same at 45 watts/ channel (we give credit where credit is due — Marantz is very honest with their power ratings) the PM6007 features a new power transformer and more substantial power supply capacitors. It also includes an improved DAC, along with a host of other minor improvements.

The good news is that despite all these upgrades the Marantz PM6007 is only $50 more than its predecessor, at $1,290.
