This is the fact that I feel very close to. This is at the same time the easiest and the hardest part of the project. First of all they are open minded and they have opportunity to choose clients and as a result they pick only that briefs that they like. They have kind of a voice, style of advertisement – personal, orientated to young professionals. Sapient seem to be more a band then a creative agency – they have mood and feeling of close team. I want to try my self there as a creator and at the same to train technical skills because guys from Nitro not only good creators, but also very high-standard producers. I can be useful for them as multi-cultural developed person and because of my ability to see life from different angles. I really loved several proejcts of this company even before I knew them. Campaign of Jim Beam, Smart USA and Minimus are very attractive. These guys are very different to other agencies because they are more focused on emotions, on what people will feel during video or site. They produce beauty and very simply in ideology but pretty complicated in realization. Sahar agency is one of the range of agencies that I got familiar with for a long time. Several times per year I send them portfolio and get the same answer about that fact that I’m to young. So, now it is more an pari that just a job searching. They have some nice samples in their portfolio and what I like the most is the fact that they work with street art and social actions – these area are very interesting for me, just because of the fact that I have enough of creative power and able to learn new material. This job can be for not only a work, but an education.

Russian market is full design agencies and all of them has some strong points – some has big clients and big budgets, others are full of ideas, and usually these elements don’t go together. Saatchi seems to be one of the rare examples of company where both tasks are done – they make nice ad and nice money at the same time. I’m still scared a bit about their policy, because usually interns and young designers don’t work as a normal element of team, they just make some job that no one wants to do. Although, it can be amazing experience, because such a big companies provides a clear understanding of market and at the same time it is an outstanding platform to build up personal business, taking strong strategies from the world experience.
