Drive-Thru Design Consultant 1. Developed a new concept drive thru for the UK market after extensive research and analysis on existing models and their successes & failures. This development is on going as we look to reduce cost and introduce a new standard building type.
2. First point of contact for all drive thru queries both inside and outside the company. 3. Wrote the UK design DT guideline document for use within the market and have kept abreast of new develpments within this sector. 4. To date I have reviewed and commented on over 60 DT schemes for external licence & franchise partners to ensure that their schemes meet the required standards. 5. Have developed a drive thru template design for our standard DT building model which is not only cost effective but a design time saving excercise. 6. Have developed a good working relationship with Eurogarages and Welcome Break which are both key players in the Starbucks DT sector.

Knightsbridge Underground Station January 2014 1. Challenging site, spatially and aesthetically
2. Cost reduction a key consideration 3. As part of london underground the store had to meet with TFL’s strict fire rated material approval process. 4. Overcame the above challanges listening to all the concerns of the project team and delivered a scheme that works within this challenging site.
