The Apostle Paul’s letters chronicle the tremendous power and workings of the Holy Spirit, not only in the life of others, but in his life as well. Paul was ushered into the very throne room of God, and was able to see and articulate things that no other Apostle of Christ was able to. Amazingly, even though God validates Paul's trustworthiness to contain, and properly handle these awesome kingdom revelations, He still allows Paul to bear an unshakable reminder of his own humanness....a thorn in the flesh. The bible is not clear as to what specifically this thorn was, but here are some things that are very clear: 1. The Thorn increased Paul's probability of humbling himself, in light of the revelations, and operation of the Spirit in His life. In other words it kept his feet on the ground. 2. God could have removed the thorn, but He refused to do so, leaving Paul to have to persist, and progress, past the reality of this thorn, and it's imposition in his life. 3. The thorn was from Satan, bore a satanic message, and obviously troubled Paul because it seemed to contradict what God would have, or allow to persist in Paul's life, after he had surrendered to Christ....yet it was allowed to persist, though God had power to remove it at any moment, and refused to do so.
The real paradox of our progress, is that God has not fixed everything. Yet he has fixed us, so that nothing is able to separate us from His love, and remove us from His hand, and hinder us from accomplishing His purpose for our lives.

God is setting us on a path we have never been before, but, He goes before us! Begin to pray that God gives you faith for the process in order to obtain what is not seen. Deliverance has a “frequency.” There are frequencies that need to be released– a sound that has not been heard before! A sound that comes out of the experiences of your house– restore your lost legacy. Sound is a very significant thing in the earth realm today. Jesus was the One through whom the sound of God came through. Jesus was the (persoundification) of God. God is trying to release a sound, as we become the sound– the reality of God– the personification of Jesus Christ– God is going to do it through a people the legal way.

“Methods to Receiving an Anointing” Anointing: -that which gives us the supernatural ability to do supernatural things in a natural environmentMultiple Methods to Receiving: There are certain people that have A specific anointing for the house of the Lord (presbytery). There are some anointings that you will only be able to receive from obeying the one that has rule over you. Then, you can receive the anointing through certain individuals (Prophets) through the hand of a “SPECIFIC PROPHET.” I Samuel 16:11-13

Acts 10:38– says ‘how’ God anointed Jesus with the HOLY GHOST...When no-one else was around. Also 2 Timothy 1:1 speaks about being the partaker of the afflictions of the gospel of Christ. There are certain anointings that only come when we SUFFER. Then, there is the anointing that comes to refresh. “Fresh Oil”- Only when we begin to extol the Lord a praise on the inside that comes from all the weariness that foster an anointing! Of course these are not all the ways an anointing comes, however, we are able to gain some perspective from this teaching by Prophet Shines.

Vernetta Edwards Bahamian Mac & Cheese 1 box Mueller’s Ready Cut Macaroni 3 bags shredded cheese 1egg 1/2 oz. Can of evaporated milk 1 tsp Mustard 1 small onion (diced) 1/2 green pepper (diced) 1/2 stick of butter *Salt to taste
Boil Macaroni to an ‘overcooked’ state. Drain the water and add egg, milk, mustard, onion, green pepper, butter and salt. Stir, cooking on low, add 2 1/2 bags of the cheese. Butter a regular baking pan and pour Macaroni mixture into it. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 350 for 30-45 minutes.
Caribbean food includes all of your favorites…seafood, chicken and steak…prepared with the flavorful and colorful ingredients of the islands. Some popular dishes are coconut shrimp, jerk chicken pasta, chicken kabobs, ribs with guava BBQ sauce and Key Lime Pie.
Origin of Caribbean Foods Food plays a central role in family life and traditions in the islands. Cooks spend days preparing menu offerings for holidays, festivals, and special family gatherings. The cuisine of the Caribbean is like a cultural patchwork quilt. Each “patch” or dish represents the plentiful bounty of the islands' lush tropical vegetation, combined with the one or more diverse groups of people that have lived there, including the original Carib and Arawak Indians, followed by the Spanish, British, French, and Dutch settlers, as well as Africans, who have had a profound influence on the food and cultural traditions of the islands. Later followed Indian and Chinese settlers, and travelers from the United States.

Personal Responsibility Personal responsibility is a vital aspect of man's existence that God is using to accomplish His greatest creative act which is Character development. As with virtually every area of life, health and fitness is no different when it comes to personal responsibility and lessons we can learn. The subject of fitness is quite often confused as being synonymous with health. Fitness is fitness and health is health. They are two different things, related but not the same. They affect each other, but it is a mistake to presume that because you are physically fit, you are also healthy. How many people do we know who have dropped dead while exercising? How many people do we know or have heard of who suddenly dropped dead or began showing symptoms of cancer? You can't be healthy and drop dead of a heart attack. That is physically impossible. You are either healthy or not healthy. The body is either in a maintenance state or in a degenerative state. Unless there is some degree of regeneration, you automatically have degeneration. Fitness is important to health but it isn't health. Health involves what we eat, activity, frame of mind... it involves a lifestyle. It is possible to have good health without having a great deal of fitness. It is also possible to have great fitness, and not have very good health. Being physically fit doesn't nullify the affects of a poor diet. Fitness is simply maintenance of the human body through enough activity to stimulate all the systems of the body to be in optimum health.
Benefits to Physical Activity * Reduces the risk of dying from coronary heart disease and of developing high blood pressure, colon cancer, and diabetes. * Helps reduce hypertension. * Helps maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints. * Reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression and improves mood and feelings of well-being. * Lowers the risk of obesity and illnesses associated with excess weight.

"A life watered by the tears of tragedy and suffering Often becomes the most fertile soil for spiritual growth." So often it seems that life is only made up of things to worry about. Life has many disappointments for all of us ... death, illnesses, betrayals, tragedies, and feelings of worthlessness and despair. Sometimes life can seem so very grim, and so many times we tend to wallow in pools of self-pity. I would just like to say I believe that our time here on earth gives us the opportunity to grow spiritually. We can experience much personal growth because of all the suffering, worries, and difficulties we have to go through during our mortal lives. It is God's way of fine-tuning us so we become more compassionate, more caring, more loving, and more aware of others' pain. After all, how could we ever dry the tears of others if we had never cried ourselves? We all find ourselves in the valley of despair sometimes. It may sometimes seem that we are forever worrying, learning lessons, suffering pain, and facing challenges. But we must try to remember that the fertilizer that helps us "grow" is in those valleys, not on the mountain tops. During the times that we feel scared and confused, we will always end up wiser and we will grow more from the experiences. We will understand more about people and life, become more sensitive, and we'll be able to enjoy life more after we go through the hard times. We have to experience sadness so that we may better measure joy. Life has a way of balancing the sorrow with the joy, the disappointments with the hope, and the emptiness with the meaning.

Kingdom Apostles live by kingdom principles. You must be faithful in kingdom matters. You need faith at different levels of experience– however, KNOWING is the next level of faith. Malachi 4:1-3 This was period of time in Christian history from Malachi to Matthew. God gets silent and speaks nothing for 400 years! Why? REBELLION makes God silent. When you have been given “specific” instructions and you deliberately disobey Him. If there is an ounce of pride in you, it needs to be judged. Eli-jah (Eli= God ; JAH= (God) this is someone with a “DIRECT” word in them– God used the spirit of Elijah 5 times!
