San Diego Penthouse

As one of my first interior residential projects, we were given the assignment to create a modern penthouse in San Diego. It wasn’t until more recently that I decided to look back into this project and update and create new renderings of my original style. With a passion for residential, I have always been able to show expressions of myself, but create an environment that would feel welcomed by others. This space includes a main room open floor plan, including natural-toned modern kitchen and living space leading towards a patio. A primary bedroom and large full bath, as well as a bedroom/office space and guest powder room. Materials and aesthetics remain minimal, with hints of color and texture throughout.
