What is Unique Combination? As a graphic designer I want to distinguish my work from that of other designers. Unique Combination is my method for melding the unique sensibility of Southeast Asia with the tools and techniques of Western graphic design. Being Vietnamese, I grew up absorbing the aesthetics and art of my culture and have journeyed to the United States to extend my design skills in the Graduate Graphic Design program at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Therefore, I now bring a distinct perspective to the task of design that allows me to create original works that reflect the richness of Asian art enhanced by the technology and sophistication of Western design principles.
