La Storia, Chi siamo Cunningham Lindsey Lercari Srl (CLL) è la società del Gruppo Lercari specializzata nell’attività di perizia e gestione di sinistri internazionali. Our history Cunningham Lindsey Lercari (CLL) is the Lercari Group member company specialized in international loss adjusting and claims management. The Company is a joint venture between Lercari – operating in the Italian market in the loss adjustment and technical consulting sectors since 1879 - and Cunningham Lindsey International (CLI), a leading Loss Adjusting Company being part of Cunningham Lindsey Group, one of the major global loss adjusting firms with more than 600 offices and 7000 employees in more than 70 countries.

What we do

I programmi internazionali gestiti da CLL riguardano – nell’interesse degli assicuratori e riassicuratori – sia grandi gruppi industriali italiani con ramificate attività all’estero (“Outgoing Programmes”) sia le filiali italiane di gruppi esteri il cui affidamento alla nostra società deriva dal rapporto di partnership con CLI (“Incoming Programmes”).

The International insurance programmes managed by CLL, in the interests of direct insurers and reinsurers, include a number of major Italian multinational industrial and commercial corporations and involve numerous incoming and outgoing arrangements mostly based on our longstanding partnership and close cooperation with CLI.

CLL è, inoltre, membro attivo delle diverse “Specialist Global Practices“ di CLI, che recentemente, si sono arricchite di tre nuove strutture interamente dedicate alle problematiche “engineering”, “marine” e “liability”. CLL is also actively involved in the activities of CLI SPG (Specialist Global Practices) which have recently been strengthened by the addition of 3 new sections dealing with engineering, marine and liability insurance claims. La nostra presenza a livello globale Per la gestione di Sinistri Internazionali in tutti i rami

Gruppo Lercari, sin dalle origini e per le caratteristiche stesse della propria Clientela ed operatività, ha sempre avuto una vocazione ed un approccio multinazionale. Il Gruppo, da anni leader nel campo dei servizi post vendita, non solo peritali, nel Mercato Assicurativo domestico, ha via via esteso la propria operatività al di fuori dei confini nazionali e già da diversi anni, grazie anche ad una partnership ormai ampiamente consolidata con Cunningham Lindsey Group, è in grado di garantire alla propria Clientela una presenza a livello praticamente globale.
