University project . 2013 / 2014 Type: Thesis project. Mixed-use bldg. Description: In the heart São Paulo, this architecture has, first of all, an urban planning role. It ‘re-balances’ the hierarchy between human beings and mega-infrastructures. Located on a square, the landscape design focus on the importance of public spaces, whitout creating any barrier or closed areas. The podio of the building is a block with public activities. The towers, where offices and apartments are located, are linked by flying bridges that physically connect them between each other. The top is a ‘contemplation area’ that at first forces the visitor to look up to the sky and then it opens to an incredible city view. The megalopolis.
