Graphic Arts The Graphic Arts Service is a one-stop shop for all visual communication needs. The team offers its customers consultation, design and layout, writing and editing, and production services for publishing in print and digital media in a wide variety of products.

Creative services include: -- Concept, design and layout, and product development for printed and digital materials -- Digital photography -- Art direction -- Video production -- Conference materials -- Writing, editing, and QC reviews -- Plaques and retirement certificates -- 508-compliant analysis and design for forms and documents

The Departmental Forms Management Service reviews, clears, numbers, and controls inventory for all official forms used within HHS. In addition, the program ensures that forms comply with policies including Section 508 compliance. The service also issues form clearances required and/or mandated by the Office of Management and Budget, Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Service Center, Freedom of Information Act (privacy), and Records Management offices.

Our team of experts is ready to provide solutions for document management including scanning services for documents, indexing, and data entry.

Printing Procurement
Printing Procurement The Printing Procurement Service provides expert printing and publishing services and ensures that customers’ print orders are completed in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by the Congressional Joint Committee on Printing and other guidelines. At the same time, the service delivers high-quality products in a costefficient way. The service saves customers time by procuring printing orders utilizing term contracts, simplified purchase agreements, and other contract vehicles through the Government Printing Office.

The Printing Officer is authorized to establish regulations and policies that are in accordance with Public Law Title 44 and the Government Printing Office (GPO). The Printing Officer is authorized to act in all matters related to the monitoring and oversight of the Printing Program for HHS, subject to the limitations set forth in this appointment.
