CAKE At Ravinia Festival, we work with (2) approved cake vendors which are included in your wedding package. Upon booking your event, the sales manager, will provide details. Limitations do apply.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT A 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon the time of contract signing to secure the date and space of the event. Final payment in full is due (14) business days prior to the event. All additional charges incurred the evening of will be charged to the credit card on file the following business day.
MENU SELECTIONS In ensuring the highest level of presentation, service and quality, all food and beverage selections (including special requests) must be confirmed (30) business days prior to the event date. Because Levy is the exclusive caterer for the Dining Pavilion at Ravinia Festival, guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization.
TASTINGS A tasting will be held upon a mutually agreed upon date. It is customary for tastings to be held during the timeframe of mid-September thru mid-April. Tastings are scheduled Tuesday – Friday between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM for up to (6) guests. Additional guests are welcome at an additional cost. Tastings will consist of client’s choice of up to the following: (7) hors d’oeuvres, (2) salads and (3) entrées
SPECIALIZED ITEMS Levy will endeavor to fulfill special menu requests, including kosher and Gluten Free Vegetarian meals whenever possible. We would appreciate at least (7) business days’ notice for this service. We can order in specialty linen and centerpieces to make your event a truly memorable experience. Our standard ivory linen, china and flatware are included in menu pricing.
ASSESSED CHARGES Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a 21% service charge plus applicable Illinois state tax.
