THE TORCH THE TORCH

Satisfacts Shoutout

"Mike was our technician and he was fantastic. He was quick to respond, gave us an estimate for repairs, explained the process, and resolved the issue. The cost to replace our broken blinds was reasonable too. We are very happy with the service."

-Heartwood Resident

Thank you Mike Geho for your communication.

On June 13th, Team Main continued West Army tradition and hung bunting on our General Officer Quarters in observance of flag day and the Army's birthday (June 14th)

When you see the flags take over and the bunting hung, 'tis the season for PCS. For us this busy season means, there are a lot of move-outs, move-ins, pre-inspections and everything in between. For our residents and military community, it means a season of change filled with lots of moving parts, patience, and flexibility

When stress and limited time starts to take over, remember why we serve those who serve. At the end, we all win together and appreciate those who went the extra mile to make all things possible. Motivation, initiative, and positive attitudes will make this PCS season fly by and occupancy rise

As my favorite car maker once said, "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself." - Henry Ford.

With the uptick in business during PCS season it can be easy to feel frustrated and maybe even overwhelmed. During this time it is especially important to deliver on the commitment we’ve all made to provide our military families with exemplary service.

They are experiencing frustrations just like us so remember to give them the best customer service possible. Luckily for both ourselves and our military families summer is here, the weather is nice, and we have the perfect opportunity to decompress. Remember to get outside and enjoy the sunshine with friends and family so that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance!
