The project is located in a small colonial called Puerto Colombia which is really known by the amazing coast and beach it has. But also about the historical customs that remains, so the proposal consists in respecting the culture/historical buildings and urban existing, searching to customize the edification to be emblematic in its location and for people to feel identified with it. To approach this idea, the use fot the project was important, and knowing that we had a river near by I propose to build a small wood cabin, where the build ‘peneros’, that are small boat for fishermen which is the most historical activity of the place, so the people could go see the fabrication of the boats and have a pleasent stayed with a view to the river.

ACCESS FLOOR PLAN
Construction wise it was all design with wood recycle from the location sorroundings. The whole Cabin is ensamble in situ with wood modules repeted and used in deifference ways so this way the construction would be fast and efficient and also had an assembly with the boat building. GOVERNMENT
BUILDING
The project consists on adding a building for the local Government on a existing Urban Proposal by other Architects. The location was the first important part about the proposal, it’s in a peninsula of bay on the oriental coast of Higuerote, Venezuela, and the heat condition and the sun were variables hard to deal with. Also the idea was to design a building of importance and scale that expressed power in the local area, with an implantation reflected by the proposed urbanism. The second challenge was th e extense program that a government building needs, so many areas and departments which is was needed to design a clear and rational floor plans. Rectangle rational shape combined with a big scale, was the building best way to dialogue with the urbanism, a free urban plan to enjoy the extended soroundings and have more privacy for the different areas. Introducing the project into the palm forest and also expading to the bay with a dock to show himself, resembling with the marina dock on the top of the peninsula.

The weather conditions were the incentive to create a facade that would make the building be recognize from any angle. With blinds that sorounded the whole area, separated a few meters from the building, we could have a better ventilantion and we could control the sun light on the different moments of the year. All the working areas were distributed to the center of the building to avoid noise and also to avoid the insolations and high temperatures, and all the circulations areas were in the perimeter of the proposal, this way everyone, could enjoy the ocean and urban views and have a better route or travel through the whole building.

The idea is to start weaving and sewing from the urban green spaces to the public areas, creating new interaction spaces, and access to the different areas and uses.
ObjectivesRecover
urban, environmental and landscape quality of the watercourse of San Carlos River based on principles of sustainability . Also to organize a longitudinal axis of urban scale between anchor points that articulate the T4 and T6 part of the River. And generate keystones in domestic scale , creating gaps that stimulate communication between municipalities.

PAJARITOS CREEK
IDEA SKETCH
LONGITUDINAL SECTION
The Pajaritos Creek is part of a set of streams that are born in the à vila mountain and crossing from north to south of Caracas valley area before emptying into the Guaire River. The creek’s steady growth increased in recent years by rain and cold fronts that have developed in the country. Retaining walls built by professionals are sometimes able to withstand any eventuality. This proposal is based on two phenomen that characterize the Caracas city today: the expansion and contraction. Therefore, the project aims to revitalize the high concentration of urban informal settlements located in a narrow space with very low amplitude between two blocks around the central area. Examples of expansion include the renovation of multifamily blocks to include mixed use as commercial premises or offices and homes, setting medium comunal residentials, construction of a linear park along the Pajaritos Creek to provide more green and park tot the surrounding areas and, places of cultural events such as amphitheaters, plazas decks and terraces for repowering this urban area of the city, whose urban informal settlements are to be replaced by a bill that would allow the development of a compact area, equipped and connected by a lifestyle culture, more pleasant and comfortable.

Pedestrian walk along the river . Proposal for comercial boulevard along the river, contemplative areas with cycle paths ending at La Carlota Park and Skatepark . Creating pedestrian connections along the Guaire River through the Skatepark and under the highway Distributor. The Masterplan consists on making united circuit for the pedestrians along the whole area, adding Bus stops every 200 meters and making a walkable upper level to avoid the vehicular traffic.

C AMEBA, THE EXTENDED CITY.
Recognition of the existing highway distributor as barrier for the citizezs and the two important poles of commercial character: The CC Sambil and CCCT . The need to reach these poles is a major problem for the pedestrian that produces a direct influence on their actions and behavior with the city. With a study of the area, is detected the lack of a pass or crosswalk from the CCCT to the southern part of the municipality of Chacao. Due to a fracture or barrier at the metropolitan level, the highway from east to west where extreme situations where pedestrians venture to cross the middle of the highway undergoing a high risk occur.

The idea
is based on the study of existing urban fabric and its comparison with some living organisms, growing cells, and their composition may be the key to structure a functional connector and self supporting building. The proposal is to solve the problems of the area with the approach of a self-supporting structural system seeking to create an element to be introduced into the urban fabric which has a different scale, and compete with the highway distributor, to define spaces and provides new use that enhance and alter the dynamics of the city.

The proposal is for a medical office of short consult, so the small space and the short permanence of the clients is the strategy to approach the design. The idea proposed is too have many patients or clients at the same time and the doctors to be dinamic from one action to the other. The project is design basically separating the spaces by time actions, and privacy, which lead me to propose all the closed space to the window, leaving the short stay actions to the opposite side. Using light color materiales and glass to make the office feel bigger and to expand the views and take advange of the natural light to illuminate the office. Also designing a light and industrial look to the furniture which assembly the mix between the closed space and the open space with the electrical and fire installation at sight.

The proposal for a 90 sqm a apartment is for a two bedroom and a social area comfortable for permance and thinking on utilizing every centimeter possible. We design furniture walls, so we could use the space of the wall to create a both side furniture. Also decide to use light color materials that way the space can look bigger and lighter with natural light.

MUSEO DE LA ENERGĂ?A
MOLINO DE TESTAR
The rehabilitation of the Museo de la EnergĂa, located in the area of Paterna in the city of Valencia, involves the intervention of an existing building that has been already restored, and convert it into a Museum of Energy, taking into account special aspects of architecture and energetic sustainability. The building has a North-South orientation, being its South facade the most important for Passive design proposal, providing shade in summer and gaining heat in the winter. The proposal seeks strengthen the existing architectural values , taking advantage of the presence of the patio as transformer and organizer. The roofs adjacent to the patio are considered unconsolidated, so removing them and incorporating a volume that provides us vertical circulation. A greenhouse piece is in charge of covering the entire intervened space, and allows us to create a thermal space , creating a microclimate , which together with passive building systems generates the comfort of the building .
