An update of the month of December 2024 Christmas Carol Gospel program
Greetings from the roof of the World, Nepal. Our hearts are full of joy to update you about our ministries from the month of December 2024 to February 2025. Last three months was an amazing time for the entire movement because all of our people have put forth best effort to bring the Gospel to the unreached people group through a Christmas carol singing program. During the month of December, DMM team was able to conduct 145 Christmas Carol singing Gospel program from which 124,003 number of people who have heard the Gospel in person. Out of them, 9,910 number of people have accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior right way. Since then, our SC and MCPT are providing training to all the house church leaders to follow up and make disciples to help them grow in their new found faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. During three months of time, 126 trainings were conducted in 7 different provinces and 5,672 number of people were trained all over Nepal on how to do follow up and basic discipleship. We are excited and grateful to God for how God would bring people closer to Himself as we believe in Him as the result of our hard work and trainings.
A week-long fasting prayer held continuously at the GLOBAL
PRAYER STATION.
January 11th -18th, 2025
Every January, we organize a weeklong fasting prayer at our main office, as well as in various locations across Nepal. This January 2025, 2,843 people have joined us to pray together and as the result of humbling ourselves to the throne of our Almighty God we have seen great results all over Nepal. One of our prayer requests was answered by God when we received approval to register our Church as a religious public trust with the Government of Nepal immediately following the fasting prayer. We were in awe when it was registered in a week times. Our lawyer had informed us that the process would take nearly six months, but God intervened and granted us victory in a much shorter time frame. All Glory goes to our Father in Heaven. Please remember us in your prayers that we will be able to follow up and make progress in our new initiative.
OUR FIRST COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATION (CHE) TRAINING PROGRAM
CONDUCTED IN CHITWAN AT
JUNGLE SAFARI LODGE FROM 9TH -13TH 2025.
Our movement leader Ps. Raju Sundas was provided opportunity by venture to receive the vision casting training in India about the CHE training program and he was inspired to incorporatesome of the methods and principles that he had learned throughout the training. We are thankful to God and Venture for providing the opportunity to sponsor two CHE trainers to train 30 full-time DMM staff in a five-day vision casting training program. Our team is now learning to combine some timeless CHE principles with the DMM method. We are working on the learnings as a case study among the few people groups right now. Please keep us in your personal prayers as we are new to these concepts and working to integrate the two methods.
OUR SECOND COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATION (CHE) TRAINING PROGRAM CONDUCT AT HOTEL COUNTRY VILLA IN NAGARKOT
FROM JANUARY 26 -28, 2025
Out of 70 full time staffs that we have at DMM, we had selected only 12 multiplier staffs to come and learn more about CHE journey. The training was conducted by our International Program Director Aunty Kristen Willard. During the three days of training period, our strategic coordinators have understood the process of starting CHE methods in a deeper way. Our participants have told us that hundreds of questions were cleared out from the training facilitatorAunty Kristen. Our movement leader Ps. Raju Sundas recently went to visit and train 200 house church leaders in Province - 4 and from northern India where he was shocked to see the amazing transformation in one of the main churches which became the pathways to led 8,000 souls to the Lord was very different after 2nd CHE training program. Ps. Raju Sundas had visited this church but this time he was able to notice the huge difference. The church had built a compound and also a beautiful garden. They had painted the church and the toilet of the church was clean too. This church has broke the cultural mindset after the CHE 2nd training.
FOUR PEOPLE FROM NORTHEN INDIA.
During this visit, Pastor Raju Sundas also invited four key master church planters trainers from India. One of them was Mr. Sailas who was beaten by the Hindu militant till death. With the grace of Lord, he was recovering now and DMM is assisting him in undergoing more treatments and tests to ensure that his brain is functioning properly.
Two other master church planters, who had been imprisoned six times, have been released with warnings to cease converting people. They are currently hiding near the Nepal border. Despite their circumstances, they visit their house churches every night to encourage members to remain strong in the face of the current situation and not to faint. Our hearts are full of gratitude towards our Almighty God and to them as well when they do not fear of lives and served the Lord in the most difficult circumstances like this.
The third master church planter, a couple from the Ilahabad region, has led thousands of souls to the Lord. Ps. Raju encouraged him and now he will conduct the DMM training in this region for 200 lay people to cast the vision. Ps. Raju Sundas and the team will be traveling to India in near future. Please remember us in your prayer time as we expand in a new area.
PUBLICATION AND TOOLS
As all of you know, we are working with the 92 Unreached and unengaged people groups of Nepal. All these people have different local languages. To reach their hearts, we make sure to find ways to get publication or partner to team up with organizations that do this kind of work.
During this week, we were able to partner with the local partners to launch the New Testament in Heylom Sherpa Bible in audio format, which was produced by them. It was a joyful time for all of us to come together and celebrate the great work we accomplished and appreciate each other.We also have two Bibles available in 2 different mother tongues. One is in Muslim and the other is in Newari. We have ordered them in large volumes. These two Bibles will play a crucial role in the southern regions of Nepal, such as Provinces 1, 2, 4, and 5. The Newari Bible will assist us in sharing the message of Christ in Province 3.
OUR GOALS FOR 2025
1. Continue Our Work: We will keep building on the progress we’ve made, focusing on growth and multiplication in 2025
2. Weekly Prayer Walks: We will organize weekly prayer walks in communities of unreached people groups to find local leaders or champions who can help mobilize volunteers in the area. We are Expecting 35000 people actively participate the prayer movement.
3. Plant New House Churches: Each SC (Strategic Coordinator ) and MCPT (Master Church planters trainer), along with their disciples, will establish 300 new house churches in every district, which is 8000-12000 new house Churhes.
4. Baptize New Believers: Each SC, MCPT, and their disciples will aim to baptize 1,000 people in each location. We believe God will allow us to baptize between 12,000 and 20,000 people from 92 unreached people groups.
5. Training for Discipleship: Based on 2 Timothy 2:2, we will focus on training to create four generations of disciples where house churches are already established. We are expecting to reach at 30000 people involvement.
6. Model Communities: From the 92 people groups, we will concentrate on just seven communities to develop as model communities for the nation.
7. Local Funding: We believe in God to touch the hearts of the local people to contribute 20% of the expenses of the total budget of 2025.
Our original mission of reaching 92 unreached people groups and planting 100,000 house churches by 2025 remains unchanged. However, in the next five years, our focus will be 7specific people groups to achieve a total transformation aimed at establishing model villages for these movements. Currently, our team selecting these people groups is working on forming a committee. This committee will help identify their problems and discuss and discover what resources they already have to solve those issues by themselves. Our SC and MCPT will help them to coordinate with the local government to find out already available resources in order to move ahead to solve those identified problem. The following people groups or communities have been selected for us to establish as model villages over the next five years.

UPCOMING TRAININGS
Ps. Raju Sundas and his team will be traveling to Province 5, Bardiya, to train 50 people from three provinces from March 1 to 5. Our goal is to share the initial vision with our SC, MCPT, and their disciples on how to combine the methods of Disciple Making Movements (DMM) and Community Health Education (CHE). This will help them understand how holistic development can occur using their own local resources, support from the government, and their churches.
In this training, the 50 participants will cover their own travel expenses and contribute 30% of the training costs by providing local resources such as rice, vegetables, and meat items like chicken and buffalo. If this model proves successful, we plan to replicate it in six additional provinces, across 77 districts, and in four other countries: Bhutan, Northern India, among the mountain Tibetan ethnic groups, as well as in Pakistan and Bangladesh. We need your prayers and continued mentorship for our movement leader, Ps. Raju, and his team as they undertake this important initiative as we are launching the blended methods of Community Health Education (CHE) and Disciple Making Movements (DMM) in Province 5 for the first time as a case study.
