Arkylab es un despacho de arquitectura, diseño y construcción que desde el 2004 trabaja integrando profesionales multidisciplinarios comprometidos con un quehacer que tiene como objetivo último el mejorar nuestro hábitat, la responsabilidad social, y el desenvolvimiento profesional, a partir del desarrollo de proyectos integrales que lleven al límite sus esfuerzos.
Arkylab is an Architectural design studio and construction firm founded in 2004 that integrates multidisciplinary fields of professionals committed to improve our habitat, social responsibility and professional development through comprehensive project development that challenges us.
Es un laboratorio de arquitectura y diseño en donde la búsqueda del equilibrio óptimo entre lo que consideramos las tres dimensiones fundamentales del hábitat humano; la dimensión ética, la dimensión estética, y finalmente la dimensión técnica, es el motor de la producción, convencidos que llevándolas al límite en una correcta superposición, engranaje y armonía, producen el espacio-tiempo adecuado para el desarrollo de la vida para quien trabajamos.
Is an Architectural design studio in which the search for optimal balance of what we considered the tri dimensional fundaments of the human habitat: Ethical dimension, esthetic dimension and finally technical dimension, it’s the production engine, convinced that taken to the limit in its correct superposition, gearing and harmony, will produce the adequate space-time for life development for and for whom we work.
La sustentabilidad financiera, social y ecológica es una preocupación que nos mantiene en una constante investigación de técnicas, estrategias y posibilidades para actuar sobre nuestro territorio sin afectarlo, y por el contrario potenciarlo con la aplicación de las intervenciones.

En una zona alta al nor-poniente de la ciudad se desplanta casa Xafix, donde el programa responde a las necesidades de una familia de 4 integrantes. Al norte del predio se desplanta la construcción dejando libre un jardín al sur hacia donde viven todos los espacios. Se genera un juego de volúmenes que se cierran al exterior, que giran y se desplazan a partir de un vértice vertical que los une. Al interior se estructuran los espacios a través de una columna vertebral longitudinal, un espacio a dos alturas y media que se corta por un pasillo acristalado que deja pasar la luz. El sistema constructivo es a base de muros de panel de poliestireno recubiertos por placas de concreto aparente coladas en sitio lo que le da características térmicas y acústicas. La materialidad se complementa con elementos naturales expuestos como la madera o el mármol.
The Xafix residence is located in an elevated nor-west zone of the City, where the program responds to the necessities of a family of 4 members; to the north of the lot the main building was erected, leaving a south-oriented yard area where of the spaces “live”. A volume effect that closes to the exterior which turns and moves from a vertical vertex that unites them. The spaces to the interior are structured trough a longitudinal vertebral column, a space of double height that is been interrupted by a glass walk way which allows day light go through.
町の北西部の高台にこの住宅（Xafix）は位置しており、 そこに暮らす4人家族のニーズを形にしました。土地の北 側寄りに家を建築し、居住空間が集中する南側に庭を設 けました。空間の組み合わせにより閉ざされた外観を演 出し、空間同士を繋ぐ縦の軸を基準に回転させた位置に それぞれの空間が配置されています。インテリアは長手 方向の梁を基本に空間が構成され、2.5階の高さを有する スペースが自然の光が差し込むガラス張りの廊下で仕切 られています 建築方式としてポリスチレンフォームとコンクリート板 を一体化させたパネルを使用た壁を採用しました。見た 目は建築現場でコンクリートを流したような仕上がり で、このパネルは優れた断熱、遮音効果が特徴です。ま た外装材として木や大理石など自然の要素を取り入れる ことができます。 9

Casa María se sitúa en una esquina donde a través de intersecciones de volúmenes de distinta materialidad se configuran los espacios. El programa se compone por la zona social en planta baja, espacios privados en la planta alta, un sótano con la cava y una azotea jardín donde se encuentra un gimnasio con vistas excepcionales hacia el poniente de la ciudad. Un núcleo de concreto articula las cuatro plantas de la casa.
Maria residence is located in a corner where intersections of volumes of different materials that conform the spaces. The program is composed by a lower level area of social interaction, private area in the upper level, a wine cellar area in the basement and a roof garden were the gym is also located with exceptional view to the western city; a concrete core articulates the 4 levels of the residence.
Un basamento sólido de placas de concreto en planta baja se cierra hacia el exterior permitiendo que al interior los límites desaparezcan y los espacios vivan hacía un jardín. Sobre éste se levanta un volumen en color blanco el cual tiene una gran sustracción y aberturas horizontales para enmarcar elementos del entorno. Al interior un carril de nado lateral se presenta como fuga visual desde el recibidor al entrar a la casa acompañando al largo muro de placas de concreto que limita el predio.
A solid base of concrete plates in the lower level closes to the exterior vanishing the limits allowing for the spaces to “live” towards the garden; over this base a white solid volume rises with a significant subtraction and horizontal openings to frame surrounding elements. To the interior a visual outflow is presented from the hall entering the residence accompanying the long concrete slab wall that confine the lot.
この住宅（María）は 角地にあり様々な材質の空間が交 差しています。１階がみんなが集まるソーシャルスペー ス、２階がプライベートスペース、そして地下はワイン 貯蔵庫、屋上庭園は町の西側の絶景が楽しめるジムが設 置されています。４つのフロアーに設置されたそれぞれ のスペースがこの住宅の中心核として縦に繋がっていま す。 １階は、コンクリートパネルの壁を採用する事で閉鎖さ れた外観を創り出し、家の中には境界線のない間取り、 また庭が一望できる空間を実現しました。このコンクリ ートパネルの壁の上には、外周の景色を取り込む大きな 窓と水平方向の開口部を備えた白い構造部が配置されて います。そして、家に入り玄関に足を踏み入れた瞬間、 土地の境界でもあるコンクリートパネルの壁沿い設置さ ©Oscar Hernández れた細長いプールに目を奪われます。 15

La Herradura es un conjunto residencial de los años 60´s en la ciudad de Aguascalientes, con predios en su mayoria superiores a los 1000 m2, cercano al rio San Pedro en el lado poniente, a pesar de ser una zona semidesértica esta cercanía le permite tener una vegetación importante con masas arbóreas poco comunes en el resto de la Ciudad. Casa TCH se desplanta en un predio con la preexistencia de dos grandes fresnos que condicionan totalmente la disposición volumétrica, el programa exigía además espacios poco comunes en una casa habitación al ser destinada también para algunas actividades ejecutivas, por lo que prácticamente se desarrollaron dos zonas en una sola planta, por un lado los espacios de trabajo y por el otro la intimidad de la casa habitación propiamente. Se acumulan los contenidos en el lado norte del predio con el objetivo de dar a todos los espacios una orientación sur, u oriente, buscando que se obtenga un confort climático adecuado para las diferentes actividades sin consumo energético adicional. Se abren jardines de diferente escala en los espacios centrales para buscar una apertura visual y con ello generar una percepción de mayor espacialidad. La estructura forma parte de la expresión formal y junto con el concreto y la madera se crea una paleta material que pretende mostrarse natural y honesta.
La Herradura is a 60’S residential complex on the city of Aguascalientes, with land lots above 1000 m2, near the San Pedro River on its west side. Despite being a semi-desert area this proximity with river allows it to have an important vegetation with rare tree stands than the rest of the city. TCH house uproots in an area with the pre-existence of two large ash trees that fully determine the available volume. The use schedule also required unusual spaces for a residential house being also intended for some executive activities, so almost two zones were developed in one level, first working spaces and on the other the privacy of the household itself. The contents are accumulated on the north side of the property in order to give everyone a south or east orientation space, looking for a suitable climate comfort for different activities without additional energy consumption. Different scale gardens open in the central areas to find a visual wideness and thereby generate a perception of greater spaciousness. The structure is part of the formal expression and together with concrete and wood pallet material intended to show the natural and honest way it’s created. On a 1,100 m2 lot this residence is erected from a group of volumes in a single level in different heights that respond to the various scheduled uses. The design was conceived as a respond to a very different program of conventional house, created for a corporate company which requires a lounge for events and an office room.

The construction is built to the north of the property to benefit from the south orientation and direct all the spaces to this area. The location of the two big ash trees in the lot was the starting point for the distribution of the spaces, generating subtractions that induce a dynamic dialog between exterior and interior. The structure forms part of the formal expression alongside with concrete and wood to create an authentic materiality.

Este proyecto de tipología residencial unifamiliar está formado por la intersección de dos volúmenes que descansan sobre un sutil basamento que comunica como puente entre un jardín exterior y otro interior jardín de la casa, generando una composición formal que responde tanto a la estética como a la parte funcional. El acceso de la casa abraza al usuario que se adentra al interior del proyecto, recibiéndolo con un espacio social que crece a lo ancho y se inmersa en los jardines laterales. Esta intención sube hacia la planta alta para dar lugar a la sala de TV que viene envuelta por una celosía que da más privacidad al espacio. El volumen superior intersecta con otro volumen rotado que integra la habitación principal, el desfase se genera para dar una orientación adecuada a la recamará pero resulta en un juego volumétrico que resalta en la residencia.

This family residential typology project begins with an intersection of two volumes which be placed on a foundation bridge that join an outer and an inner garden of the house. Making a formal composition that responds from the aesthetic to the functional of the place. The access of the house wrap up to the user who comes inside of the project, receiving firstly with a socially space increasing in the width and immerse with the sides gardens. This intension grows up to the top floor by giving a place to the TV room which plunge by a jalousie that provides more privacy to the site. The top volume intercept with another volume rotated which integrate the main room; the offset is produce to give a better orientation to the room nevertheless result in a volumetric game which gives and stand out to the residence.

Esta residencia localizada en la Ciudad de Aguascalientes tiene como intención comunicar al usuario desde el interior con el exterior. Mediante patios interiores y elementos de vegetación que emergen en puntos estratégicos del sitio, los usos se van dando alrededor de estos permitiendo que la casa se viva hacia el exterior. Los espacios están articulados por áreas comunes que se abren hacia los jardines, aumentado la dimensión espacial del usuario. Así mismo la composición formal del proyecto juega un papel muy importante en la temporalidad de los elementos verdes, dejando preparaciones para que conforme el tiempo pase y la vegetación se desarrolle, ésta logre una composición completa invadiendo las preparaciones dejadas.
Project that is located in the city of Aguascalientes, have the intention of join the user with the interior and exterior. By indoor courtyards and vegetation elements which emerge in strategic points of the site; applications are occurred around these allowing the house alive outwards. Moreover, the rooms are divided by common areas that open to the gardens, rising the space dimension of the user. Additionally, the composition of the project play and important role in the temporality of the green elements; leaving preparations for the future when the vegetation get old, to obtain a complete composition encroaching the left provisions.

Planta nivel de acceso
A partir de hacer una lectura del sitio, entendiendo el proceso de evolución constante de la Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes se identifican los elementos representativos que serán objeto del proyecto. Ciudad universitaria se caracteriza por contener edificaciones priorizando el entorno natural y el predominio del espacio público.
Starting from the reading of the site, understanding the constant evolution process of the University of Aguascalientes the representative elements are identified that will be objects of the project. The university campus is characterized for containing buildings prioritizing the natural environment and the dominance of the public space.
El edificio habla directamente hacia el espacio público, mostrándose cada célula docente, en donde se desarrolla un fenómeno cotidiano de transfiguración de fachada de acuerdo a la necesidad interior; siempre individual.
The building talks directly to the public space, showing every faculty cubicle, in which a daily facade of the building transfiguration phenomenon is performed through an interior necessity, always individual.
実際に現場を視察し、アグアスカリエンテス自治大学の 絶え間ない発展の過程を実感し、今回のプロジェクトの 象徴となるいくつかの要素を決定しました。このキャン パスは周辺の自然環境、またみんなが使えるパブリック スペースを貴重として、建物が配置されているのが特徴 です。 建物はパブリックスペースに直接繋がっており、各教授 室が見えるように設置されています。各スペースの個別 性を常に保ちながら、使用する方一人一人のニーズに応 じて建物の外観が日常的に変貌する造りになっていま す。 35

La envolvente, como elemento primordial de contenedor de actividades, en cualquier arquitectura debería mostrarse como reflejo exterior de lo sucedido en el interior. Pero ¿qué pasa cuando la función, no es delimitada a una sola actividad afín? ¿Cómo sería ese reflejo multi-morfológico?
The Shell, as a vital element to constrain activities in every architecture design should show the exterior reflection of the interior activities, but what happens when the function isn’t bound to one specific activity? How would this multi -morphologic reflect would be?
Nos enfocamos a una integración lógica donde se responde al contexto y la situación topográfica; donde el reflejo exterior se desarrolla como ese elemento densificado de acuerdo a la necesidad interior, mostrando esa subcapa de espacios al segmentarse o fragmentarse dicha envolvente. Esta envolvente toma el carácter del usuario como objeto morfológico, se configura con un tono efervescente que muestra el cumulo de actividades multidisciplinarias en un monobloque dándole dinamismo al objeto estático.
We focused on a logical integration in which is response is answered to the context and topographical situation, where the exterior reflection is established as a densified according to the interior necessity, showing this sub layer of spaces when segmented or fragmenting said building shell.
外装はその建物内の動きを包み込む器でありとても重要 な要素として、全ての建築物において、その内部で起こ っていること、機能を外観に反映させるべきです。しか し、その機能が一つの活動に制限されない場合はどうす るのでしょう。多くの機能を持ち合わせる場合、それは どのように反映されるのしょう。 私たちは周辺環境と地形的条件に見合う方法を模索しま した。内側のニーズに合わせて外装を創出し、外装に分 割、細分化されたスペースを有する外壁を前面に押し出 しました。外装は一枚壁に多種多様な活動を象徴する泡 をモチーフとした形状が散りばめられており、この施設 のユーザーの特徴を表現し、静的物体である建物にエネ ルギッシュな動きを与えています。 41

Si vemos que el impacto perceptual de un objeto arquitectónico radica en su densidad sobre el plano contextual, en este caso natural; se opta por desfragmentarlo y esparcirlo a lo largo de su topografía cumpliendo sus funciones intrínsecas, es entonces cuando gesta un paisaje nuevo hibridado, de elementos monolíticos insertados en el sitio.
If we look that the architectural object perceptual impact is in its density over a contextual plane, in this natural case we opt for defragment it and scarce it to its long side of its topography allowing its intrinsic functions, is then when a new inserted hybrid landscape of monolithic elements is brought about.
一つの建造物が与える知覚的インパクトがその周辺環境 に対する比重によるのであれば、今回の場合周辺の自然 環境に重きを置き、建造物は求められる機能を果たしな がらも、この場所の地形に沿って分断、分散して配置す る事を選択しました。 そうする事で、この場所に一体 化した建造物が挿入され、新しいハイブリッドな風景を © lm arkylab 創り出しました。 47

Premios / Awards : 1er Lugar en la categoria urbanismo en la XXIV Edición Premio Obras CEMEX / 1rst place in the category urbanism in the XXIV Edition Premios Obras CEMEX. El proyecto forma parte de un plan maestro de rehabilitación de un eje recreativo existente que contempla la creación de nuevas áreas de esparcimiento, culturales, deportivas y de servicio a lo largo de la avenida Canal Interceptor. Es una importante pieza para la red de ciclovías de Aguascalientes, conectándose a una vía existente que atraviesa la ciudad de norte a sur por la avenida Manuel Gómez Morín. Una premisa importante para el diseño fue el respeto de los elementos naturales existentes que dan la pauta para la disposición de piezas de distintas materialidades que crean un sistema aparentemente aleatorio y generan emplazamientos para diferentes usos. Una amiba de concreto se despliega sobre el terreno para crear un skatepark y una pantalla se levanta desde el suelo para proyecciones de películas.

The Project forms part of rehabilitation master plan of a recreational axel that contemplates the development of new cultural, sports facilities, recreational and service areas alongside Canal Interceptor Avenue. Is an important piece for the bicycle lanes network of Aguascalientes, connecting one existing lane that crosses the city from north to south by Manuel Gomez Morin Avenue. An important premise for the design was the respect of the existing natural elements that established the guide lines for the disposition of the distinct materiality that creates an apparent random system and generate emplacements of different uses. An amorphous concrete monolith deploys over the terrain to create a skate park and a screen is set to project movies. このプロジェクトは既存のレクリエーション広場リニューアルの 全体計画の一部で、カナル インテルセプトール通り沿いにある この広場に、新たに遊び場、文化、スポーツのエリアを設置しま した。マヌエル ゴメス モリン通りにそって町を南北に走ってい るアグアスカリエンテスの自転車ロードの重要な拠点の一つとな っています。 この設計における重要な前提条件は現存の自然を尊重する事でし た。それに応じて各種素材の配置、使い方が決まります。一見規 則性のない配置も、様々な使用目的のレクリエーションスペース を形成しています。

施工: 2014 場所: メキシコ アグアスカリエンテス La Alameda es un importante eje de conexión del oriente con el centro de la ciudad de Aguascalientes. Es un espacio cargado de valores históricos y un escenario de flujos constantes peatonales y vehiculares, pero el cual ha carecido de identidad. El proyecto da nuevas cualidades programáticas y espaciales para hacer de él un nuevo espacio público emblemático en la ciudad.
La Alameda is an important axel of Aguascalientes that connects the east with the city’s downtown. Is a space loaded with historical values and a stage of constant pedestrian and vehicular flow that has lacked of identity. The project gives new spatial and programmable qualities to make a new emblematic public space of the city.
En 1899 se creó la Calzada de los Arellano, que después se llamaría la Alameda como evocación a las decenas de álamos que embellecen dicho eje lo largo de 900 metros, el cual se convertirá en un eje cultural donde se expondrán homenajes a los artistas más representativos de la ciudad. A partir del análisis de flujos y de una serie de estrategias se hizo un trazo libre a partir de los ejes del contexto a 45 grados, generando nodos donde se realizarán diferentes actividades.
In 1899 the Arellano roadway was created, that latter on would be renamed “La Alameda” evoking to the dozens of Aspen trees that embellish the axel alongside its 900 meters, which will be transformed into a cultural axel where the most representative city’s artists will be rendered tribute. Starting from the flow analysis and a series of strategies a free layout was conceived from the axels at 45 degrees angle, generating nodes of different activities.
アラメダ通りはアグアスカリエンテスの東部と中心部を 結ぶ重要な街道の一つです。歴史的価値のある場所が多 くあり、人や自動車の往来が耐えない賑わいのある場所 ですが、それを特徴付ける物がありませんでした。この プロジェクトでは新しい町のシンボル的な公共の場とな るよう、この通りに新たに特別な特徴をもたせました。
Estudio Urbano
1899年にロス アレジャーノという道が開通し、通り沿い 約900メートルにわたり街道を美しく演出している何十も のポプラの木にちなんで、後に名前がアラメダと変更さ れました。そして文化通りとして、町を代表する芸術家 への敬意を表すモニュメントが設置される予定です。交 通の分析や様々な方策の検討を元に、アラメダ周辺にあ る道路から45度に引いた線上に、多様なイベントが実施 できる空間を創り出しました。

En una nave industrial de mediados de los años 60´s se realiza una rehabilitacion y rediseño para la compañía Eaton, la intervención implico modulos de oficinas, instalaciones y almacenes.

El proyecto de oficinas corporativas de Cartograf de México, que debía de albergar un importante numero de estaciones de trabajo, así como los privados de las diferentes direcciones ejecutivas de la empresa, y la oficina del director, implico la reutilización de una estructura edificada en tres niveles con una característica particular en donde los pisos superiores iban incrementando en área un 30%, se estructuran a partir de un espacio central a triple altura que funciona como vestíbulo desde el estacionamiento y bordeado en un extremo por un jardín en donde se ubica el acceso principal. El edificio se desnudo dejando aparentes todos los elementos estructurales y complementándolos con bloques flotantes de plafones que van acompañando el diseño de la iluminación de todas las áreas. Se diseñaron particularmente los muebles de recepción, mamparas, oficina de dirección, etc, y la paleta material estuvo determinada por mostrar los elementos naturales como Madera, cristal, Acero y Mármol.

The draft corporate offices Mapping Mexico, who must hold a significant number of workstations, as well as private of different executive directors of the company and the principal’s office, involved the reuse of a structure built in three levels with a particular feature wherein the upper floors were increased in area by 30%, is structured from a central triple height space that functions as lobby from the parking lot and bordered at one end by a garden where access is located principal. The building is apparent naked leaving all structural elements and supplementing them with blocks floating panels that will accompany the lighting design of all areas. Reception furniture, screens, office address, etc. are particularly designed, and the palette display materials was determined by natural elements such as wood, glass, steel and marble.

Es una obra que armoniza el concepto de mercado con un centro comercial, es un mercado muy moderno con ciertas ventajas de un centro comercial, mayores espacios de circulación, mayor iluminación, un área de estacionamiento, algo más moderno, que sea atractivo para todas las personas que quieran ir a hacer sus compras. La superficie total del terreno es de 6 mil 581 metros cuadrados, de los cuales, la construcción abarcará 2 mil 200, y operarán de 85 a 100 locales comerciales.

Is a Project that harmonizes the market concept with one of a mall, is a contemporary market place with the advantages of a modern retail stores mall, bigger circulation spaces, better natural lighting, parking spaces, a more modern, attractive building that attracts people who want to shop for groceries. The overall terrain surface is 6,581 m2 of which 2,200m2 will be the building straucture with 85 to 110 commercial premises.
市場とショッピングセンターのコンセプトを調和させた 建造物で、ショッピングセンターの利点を持ち合わせた 非常に現代的な市場です。より広い通路、より明るい自 然照明、駐車スペースなど、より現代的で買い物に訪れ たいと思うすべての人にとって魅力的な要素を兼ね備え ています。総面積6581平米の土地に2200平米の建屋が建 設され、85から100の店舗が創業予定です。

El programa de necesidades de la empresa implicó el desarrollo de dos edificaciones principales, una nave de 12000 m2 que incorpora una zona de ensamble, además de un bloque de oficinas y servicios conformando la fachada principal hacia el sur. Se incluyó también una nave de 3000 m2 con características particulares para desarrollar procesos de prensa. Con las estrategias de correcto aprovechamiento de la luz natural en todos los espacios interiores mediante elementos traslúcidos en la cubierta, ventilación natural cruzada, control de la incidencia solar con filtros de láminas perforadas, la utilización de paneles con propiedades de aislamiento térmico y acústico, se logra una eficiencia que implica una disminución importante en el consumo energético del edificio, respondiendo a las necesidades actuales de responsabilidad ambiental.

The company’s program necessities involved the development of two main buildings, a 12,000 m2 that incorporates the assembly area along with an office block and utilities conforming the main building façade. A 3,000 m2 building was incorporated with certain characteristics to execute the press process. With the correct strategies as to benefit from the natural light in all interior spaces through trans lucid elements in the ceiling, crossed natural ventilation, solar filtering control with perforated steel sheets, the utilization of thermal and acoustic isolation panels an efficiency is achieved lowering the building’s energetic consumption, as a response to the present environmental responsibility.
企業のニーズに基づくこの計画では、南向きに正面を構 えた事務厚生棟以外に、組立エリアを有する12000平米の 建屋と、プレス工程特有の特徴を兼ね備えた3000平米の 建屋の２棟を建設しました。 半透明の材料を使用することで建屋内部の全てのスペー スにおいて自然光を取り込んだり、空気が交差する自然 換気、パンチングボードのフィルターを使用した太陽光 入射制御、断熱性、遮音性に優れたパネルの使用など様 々な方策を用いて、建屋内におけるエネルギー使用量の 大幅な低減を実現し、現代求められている環境責任の遂 行に貢献しています。

Los lineamientos que rigen el proyecto fueron muy claros desde el principio. Ala ser una industria limpia se mantiene una política de no producción de desechos contaminantes y sobre todo el aprovechamiento de las condiciones climatológicas del lugar para el bajo consumo energético con la aplicación de tecnologías que lo garanticen. Se reconocen las estrategias de eco diseño que hacen un edificio que responde responsablemente a su entorno, conservando un ambiente de confort que propicia al adecuado desarrollo de las actividades laborales de sus empleados.
The guide lines that govern the Project where clear from the beginning, being a clean industry an strict policy of No polluting waste is maintained and more particularly the utilization of the climatological conditions of the area to lower the consumption of energy with the application of technologies to guarantee it, its recognized the strategies of eco design that make a building answer responsibly to its surroundings, preserving an environment of adequate comfort that favors its employees activities.
このプロジェクトの基本となるガイドラインはプロジェ クト始動当初から明確でした。きれいな工場であるため に、汚染廃棄物を発生させない、そしてテクノロジーを 駆使してエネルギー使用量低減のためにこの土地の気候 条件を有効活用する事。環境配慮型設計の方策は周辺環 境にも責任をもって対応し、従業員の方々の業務遂行を 手助けする快適な職場環境を創り出します。

La intervención consta de la rehabilitación de cuatro naves en el parque industrial Siglo XXI. En cada una de éstas habilitaron rampas niveladoras para servicio, construcción de caseta de vigilancia, área de oficinas, almacén y servicios.
The Project is composed of the rehabilitation of four warehouses in Industrial Park XXI Century, in each of these warehouses loading docks were built, guard house, office area, warehouse and utilities.
