With close to 100 acres of retail, food, entertainment space, and multi-family units the Fenton project had a substantial amount of custom high-end requirements. The main entrance showcases a 30’ solomons knot stacked color changing LED illuminated sculpture. Three smaller version are placed at the secondary entrances which also show the FENTON branded letters with a waterjet cut knot pattern on the returns. Site wayfinding and directional signs are placed on all streets to safely direct and move people to their intended destinations. No details were forgotten from the pre-cast branded bases and custom street signs to the solomons knot logo that can be found in strategic areas around the site. The last, but certainly not least feature sign, is a set of FENTON roof top letters mounted to an industrial style framing structure and populated with color changing LED faux neon rope.
