The Liberty Hill Athletic Department is excited to welcome you to the 2019-2020 school year. This is truly a special place thanks to all of you. Support from our school board, faculty, administrators, parents and the community make our success at Liberty Hill possible. On behalf of all the coaches and athletic trainers we want to thank the parents for giving us the opportunity to be a part of these athletes’ lives. This year we will continue to strive for excellence in all girls’ and boys’ programs. Athletic participation should further the educational development of student athletes through commitment, dedication and respect for others. I enjoy getting to know

the student athletes, helping to provide opportunities for them to gain leadership skills, learn about being part of a team, help them deal with adversity and appreciate the importance of good sportsmanship on and off the field. I love seeing students build friendships, create lifetime memories, celebrate their successes and learn from their failures. It is important to me that all student athletes take away key learnings beyond just wins/losses from their experiences in our programs. I believe in the value of high school sports and I will do my best to continue fostering an environment of hard work and success in our athletic program. We are excited and looking forward to this new year at Liberty Hill High School. I am honored to work with the students, staff and community of Liberty Hill ISD as we kick off the 2019-2020 school year. My passion has always been the students and seeing all the success that transpires from hard work and determination. My goal as we move forward is to promote a culture of family here at LHHS. We must come together and always do what is right for students. Choosing our students first will always be the right choice. It is my sincere desire to be a champion for students. I intend to provide leadership that will support students, faculty and the Liberty Hill community. I am proud of all of our coaches, sponsors, student-athletes and performers for their daily efforts to compete at their highest level possible. We have set high expectations for our students, both in the classroom and in the competition arena, with the knowledge that these daily challenges serve very favorably in the overall development of our capable students and leaders of tomorrow. I have
faith that they will rise to the occasion. As we look forward to a successful and rewarding year at Liberty Hill High School, I want to invite each of you to continue supporting the Panthers by attending the many events throughout the school year. I believe that with your support, the students of Liberty Hill High School, will be successful and will accomplish all that they set out to do. Liberty Hill Fishing Team
In its second year, the Liberty Hill Fishing Team offers students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to experience the sport of competitive bass fishing. The team, which was formed in memory of Cade “Red” Riley, competes in tournaments throughout the school year.
