The client, a young newlyweds, wanted their living room to be dark toned and contemporary style with more storage space.

02. STUDIO APARTMENT
A couple in their early 30s have bought a studio apartment in an upmarket seaside resort. They will use it for occasional short holidays to take a break from their busy work. They want the space to be ready when he summer season starts in three months time. They want this studio apartment in a way that maximizes the available space, including the balcony area, and uses it effectively. The finished design should be comfortable and suitable for a holiday etreat. Brief
Concept
The project was inspired by a brief analysis of the client and the project. Boldly use Terracotta as the main color of the project and extensive use of original materials to create a relaxed, natural, vibrant, sunny, and artistic space concept.

Clients are a wealthy couple in their late forties who are trading up to a large four-bedroom house in an exclusive estate in Galway.

KITCHEN DESIGN
They are both professionals with wellestablished careers that can work from home a few days a week. They enjoy travelling, entertaining, cooking and the outdoors. Their children, a boy and a girl, are both in their teens with busy social and sporting calendars.
The house that they have bought is in the early stages of construction.
They have no specific style preferences, they do want a large larder unit included in the design The design requirements for the kitchen are: Suitable for a family environment; Hard wearing ; Practical; Easy to clean and maintain.
They want me to help them with the design of their large kitchen. They requests that the space is both functional and comfortable for a family of four people.
This kitchen design was inspired by Dada Kitchen, which is part of the Molteni Group, is an Italian manufacturer of kitchens internationally known for their quality and for the high level of their designs. Intersection, the new project by Vincent Van Duysen, is a strongly expressive kitchen with sophisticated details that highlight Dada’s excellence in working with materials. Concept.

Model of the Larder Unit Incorporated at the end of a run of cabinetry, this pantry is a triumph of both form and function. It opens to reveal a host of built in features – pull out trays, spice racks, and a counter for small appliances. But it's that stunning rich wood interior that steals the show, and ensures the piece looks as good open as it does when closed. This larder unit designed to be part of the kitchen and incorporated it into the final look of the room. A large larder can be dominating when part of a kitchen, so soften its impact by finishing it either in the shade also chosen for the walls. When considering schemes, why not awash the space in rich depth with a considered palette inspired by wilderness skies and seas? Both grown-up and sophisticated, dark shades deliver a sense of calm and reassurance just the tonic in a busy multi-task zones such as kitchens. About how this larder unit aids the effective interaction between the use of the larder unit and the kitchen triangle. The key thing to consider is where a pantry should be placed in a kitchen. Client is a model. Her husband is a photographer. They bought a historic apartment in central Paris, not far from the Eiffel Tower. She invited me to design the master bedroom in their home. She likes her bedroom to feel more calm and relaxed.
The location of the toilet should not be changed. They want the walk-in closet to be bigger.
04. BEDROOM
The budget is medium to high, and the client wants a highend design.
Concept
Modern Classic has the combination of furniture from the Modern and the Classic styles, mixed with a minimalist style.
The Modern Classic style has the epitomised aesthetic of modern interior design melded with the simplicity that the classic style brings, with clean and striking spaces that linger in our memory.
