Words that really encourage us to think: at first tounderstand them and second what that means for us.

I would like to congratulate you if you are any of those twogroups of people, you are living a wonderful privilege.

This “statement” is actually a confirmation of my lifelessons. Going through a variety ofexperiences, by practising self-perception and awareness I noticed thathappiness as a result of external influences last a short period of time. Sometimes I wasn’t surewhether it was happinessor just an excitement for a certain event, a scenario.

Experimenting with various spiritual techniques I came to

the conclusion that I can choose happiness. All we see around us is relative and depends solely on the subconscious programs what type of experience will I have. That blows my mind!

I noticed that life is not really waiting for a next big moment to feel happiness but work on changing the perception of life itself. The point is to feel happiness irrespective of everything that is happening around us, and the way to feel it is to be at peace with everything that is happening around us. If we are aware we are co-creators of our life, then we are 100% responsible for everything we experience in it. By understanding it, we accept life and every aspect of it as a perfect version of the term, the concepts of failing have no power anymore.

By understanding good or bad experience only as an experience, without good or bad, we encountered great liberation from ourselves. Once there is no hiding from “bad” experiences, we accept the situation with peace and love; it is inevitable that eventually happiness will follow. Happiness is not a feeling of excitement, it is way deeper.

In pursuit of passions and purpose, we often live in the future. We tend to forget being present and fully aware of this moment now. Letting the power of now overcome us gives us a sense of peace, connection and conscience. And these feelings are a perfect base for happiness.

Finding happiness in everyday life is as easy as being grateful for a blue sky or a smile from a stranger.

Most of us do not “live” our passion or purpose but thatdoes not mean that we cannot have a happy and fulfilled life even now. Bypracticing the awareness of this moment we begin to love what we are doing now. Most of theproblems arise when we want toovercome this step in which we are, we want now what is coming tomorrow. Somehow weforget today is a step before tomorrow.

Let’s love what we are doing now to create a path to do what we love tomorrow. But do notforget, the universe gives us what we need at this moment, not what we think we need. Countevery experience as a blessing and be thankful for the gift of experiencing and learning.

With love,
