How to stop obsessive thoughts and separate true self You are not your thoughts, so easy but for us humans very difficult to understand. Throughout our human existence, it is easy to identify with almost everything, thoughts, feelings, experiences, places, people… Identifying separates us from our true being, from what we really are. For one thought of the conscious mind, there are 15 million other thoughts in the subconscious mind. Our conscious mind shapes our thinking, and so is our experience of life. We are sure in our thoughts, but in fact, they are always a gamble. We will never know what is the next thought, right? Let’s say you’re starting a business you are very passionate about. You believe in your idea and work very hard on the realization. But from time to time, the toxic period comes from nowhere; suddenly there is a great suspicion and distrust in the whole process. Toxic thoughts are so real that they make us doubt everything.

But as such they are not as dangerous as the decision to believe in them. Toxic thoughts come only at a certain frequency; they come to tell us we are open to such vibrations. Toxic thoughts do not come when we are happy and fulfilled for sure. They come when we are vulnerable so it is very easy to fall under the influence. The real possibility is at that moment. With the power of will, we can separate ourselves from whatever seems negative and toxic. With understanding that toxicity has nothing to do with our true self comes inner peace and acceptance. Such a way of clarity gives a higher perspective to everything, once the vision is clear our decision comes from true selves. Especially while immersing into unknown waters like business start-ups. It is quite normal to have doubts because everything seems impossible until we do it. If the inner voice leads the way, no matter how strange it might feel it is not necessary to doubt. Our intuition is always right but sometimes hard to hear. As we quite the thoughts, it becomes easier to hear intuition. Imagine you are crossing the street. And cars are our thoughts. We stand as they pass in front of us, we do not run for either of them, we just let them go. When all cars are gone, we can continue with our intention of passing. Don’t let the habit of identifying with thoughts separate you from the goal. It is very easy to get back to the old habit of sabotage and comfort zone, but we always have to remind ourselves why we are doing what we are doing, either it is business or something else.
