Useful information for playschemes and play activity weeks Only fill in the form on page 9 if you are booking a playscheme or play activity week. All the other summer activities can be booked through our leisure centres. Play leaders We employ and train our play leaders and play rangers. What happens if we arrive late? If your child is going to arrive at a playscheme session after 10.15am, please tell the play leader the day before, or contact the play development team before 10.15am on the day by calling 01543 308768.

If you cancel your child’s place on or before 9 July 2011, we will refund your money by cheque, less a £10 administration fee. You can transfer your child’s place up to 9 July, but only if the alternative place is available. We cannot offer any refunds if you cancel your child’s place after 10 July 2011.
