the gallery

Exhibition hall for all artistic events and their performances. It is situated on one of the biggest boulevards in Sofia, „Tsar Boris III“. The place is at one of the first major crossroads when entering the capital. The corner location of the property also implies a distinctive building with which to associate.
The purpose of the shape is to create a contrast, with the surrounding environment, to attract attention and at the same time to fit into the rectilinear silhouette of nearby buildings. The southern facade clearly stands out at the main entrance with several semi-open and half-closed spaces. Highlighting one of the southern facades aims to open the building from the communicative link with the capital and close it inside the neighborhood. The rising cylinder serves as an accent in shaping as well as a gathering point for visitors - an amphitheater with a cafĂŠ and a resting place is formed.

SITUATION
The building has a mixed construction of reinforced concrete and metal, helping to overcome large axial distances. In order to provide space for exhibitions, as well as separate visual halls. To avoid building height, it has a semi-underground service floor where offices, warehouses, workshops and technical premises are located. The cylinder in height is reached with a separate internal ladder and is used for a multifunctional exhibition space. In its lower part, at the level of the semi-underground floor, there is a cafĂŠ, open in that part with an amphitheater overlooking the difference in elevations.

Residential Building
6 semester
The aim is to project in a given situation situated in the town of Sozopol, one-family residential building for permanent living / free-standing / in phase conceptual design. It reflects the contemporary perceptions of individual living, takes into account the context of the environment and corresponds to the set urban planning parameters and the applicable normative documents. Providing the necessary parking spaces and green areas, this solution fits well into the sloping terrain and creates an intimate space suitable for the marine climate in which it is located.

EAST ELEVATION The one-family house located on the sea has a twostoried staircase at the entrance. As it is clear from the section A-A, it is entered in the middle level and the living room is located so that it has a view of the sea and for the most part it is with a twostorey height. The house has its own fitness on the second floor, as well as a cabinet under it, near the living room. In the northeastern part of the plot there is a yard, which can be reached both from the house itself and directly from the outside, through a ladder overcoming the displacement. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, on the southeast side, for privacy, and the third guest bedroom is on the next half level, making it the tallest part of the house. In this way, it has its own view and is separated from the other spaces. The vision and spaces in this house are designed to provide the necessary comfort to the occupants, but also to fit into the marine environment in which they are located.

Interior
Interior made on drawings of a house, from my previous project at the university, in order to improve the space of this twostorey house. Mostly used are warm and light colors, with the desire to achieve a modern vision that does not lack cosiness. The main materials are wood and metal. The colors are in the white - gray range with the warmth brown range of wood material. The house has a sea view and is glazed on most of the front facade, making it bright and close to nature.

Special attention was paid to three of the objects in the living room and the dining room - the fireplace, the seating table and the cabinet located behind the dining table. They are developed in detail with drawings and are part of the project work. The living room is separated from the office located on the other side of the living room, with a glass wall and a door on it, thus not visually distinguishing it from the whole room. The living room has a two-storey height, which opens the view to the sea and makes the room centrally for the whole house. A large wooden library with shelves shapes the wall opposite the sofas in the living room. Between the shelves is the TV, which can also be seen from the dining table. It has its own intimacy and is next to the kitchen bar and the kitchen itself. It has direct access to the courtyard through a sliding glass door, where gatherings can also be organized outdoors.

Residential Building with mixed functions The residential building with mixed functions is located in a rectangular plot in the central part of Sofia. Its good location in the city is a premise for easy access to the property. Close to the plot there are the stops of two types of public transportation from bul."Todor Alexandrov" metro line 1 and 2, and from "Pirotska" street tram line 22. The situation is one of the representative locations in the capital. The plot is located in a residential and public area. Near the property, on southeast is river "Vladaiska", the temple "St. St. Konstantin and Elena" and many residential, office buildings and retail outlets. The area is with mostly medium and high constructions levels. The inclusion of a future building in this place is a complex task, the solution of which involves observation of a number of factors.
diploma project
The building is designed with the aim of achieving maximum intensity, in compliance with the normative requirements and providing comfortable living conditions that correspond to the trends in this area. It is desirable to achieve integrated, residential, commercial and entertainment functions. Independent approaches to the different functional groups are provided. Land-based connections and communications are planned to create active pedestrian space and fit into the existing urban environment. The property of the building is located between the parallel "Todor Aleksandrov" Boulevard and "Pirotska" Str., and "Ivan Ivanov" Blvd. and "Aldomirovska" Str.

The breakthrough site aims to allow the residential and commercial function (offices) above both ground levels, to be realized and visually to give a break to the eye. In this way, covered areas become part of the surrounding environment. In addition, they are landscaped, which is an opportunity for the users to be closer to the nature, which is largely absent in this city because of the high density of construction. The positioning of the two office buildings on both opposite sides of the property, distinguishes it and aims to provide intimacy to the residential part of the volume. The height decision of the building is dynamic, which easily fits into the city skyline.
The concept of the building is based on a study of the environment in which the terrain is located and in a trend with the needs of future users. The aim is to see the volume as a whole despite the many planned activities. To escape from the weight of the large volume and visually lighten and engrave in the surrounding environment, the building has a break at both its ground levels in the middle and from the facade of “Pirotska Str.

This is consultancy services in connection with the preparation and selection of architectural solutions for facade decoration. Preparation of color solutions for the architectural design of facades on a specific assignment. For the preparation of each color solution, the practice is to send me a photograph of the object on which I make the color vision of the building. In this way, the client is quicker to find out what he wants, how the future facade solution of his object will look and the work of my colleagues in Baumit becomes easier. Customers sometimes have ready-made colors that have chosen the "Baumit Life" catalog, which has 888 different colors, and I comply with them. But there are times when I have to direct them and show them my vision of their facade. In any case, a consensus solution is reached so that everyone is happy and imagining what their building would look like is becoming something that is very easy.
