See Festival ̸ Feb 19–21

Introduction — Welcome to SEE: The Brighton Documentary Film Festival. We are absolutely delighted with the stellar line-up we have secured for this year, our fifth anniversary! We created SEE with the aim of giving the many film-makers, producers, directors, production companies and film students in Brighton and the South-East a chance to meet up for a weekend once a year for a spot of documentary indulgence. Over the three days you’ll be able to talk to commissioners, listen to established directors at Q&A’s, or discuss your ideas at the bar with a distributor. They are all going to be here. We like to think of this as the festival by film-makers, for film-makers. We’ve already had a number of productions grow out of meetings at SEE. Let’s hope the same happens again this year.
