As part of the Big Conversation, the discussion on the importance of living these values began this spring in Ulcinj during a one-day educational workshop that allowed our managers to gain a clearer understanding of the company's fundamental values as well as get a better sense of its overarching strategy for the foreseeable future. In light of this, we would like to use this opportunity to emphasize once again the paramount importance of the four core values that embody our team and serve as the foundational pillars of our work: driven and resourceful, team-oriented, customer-obsessed, and high integrity.
