WORKFORCE REINTEGRATION

Many Airmen have been teleworking for months. As the Maxwell Gunter community progresses toward pandemic recovery, Airmen may return to work centers that have changed to include different rules, policies, processes, and even coworkers. The staff at the Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) has partnered with Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), the Employment Assistance Program (EAP) and the Civilian Personnel Office (CPO) to offer assistance to units through one-on-one counseling and/or group trainings. Contact the A&FRC at (334) 953-2353 or (334) 953-9694 for information.

HELPFUL HINTS FOR RETURNING FROM TELEWORK

Before your return-to-work date, adjust your telework routine to closely resemble what your office routine will be. Factor-in travel time, traffic and weather conditions.

Bring some comforts of home to your office, like your favorite mug or photos.

Don’t forget your own water bottles and drinks from home if water fountains and office coffee pots are not available.

Know the requirements for masks and distancing in your work areas.
