Celebrating Life Care Active’s Official Launch Steven Marshall MP, the Member for Norwood and Leader of the State Liberal Party, officially launched Life Care Active on Thursday 8 August. Approximately 80 guests from a range of medical practices, health organisations and industry bodies were introduced to our Payneham facility. ”It is wonderful to see initiatives such as Life Care Active in the community because they promote health and well-being among older generations, and this is turn takes pressure off the health system,” Mr Marshall said. “I encourage all seniors to get involved and make the most of this fantastic new facility.” Life Care’s Chief Executive Officer,
Our aim is to help you make the most of every day, gaining strength, fitness and mobility to truly be ‘active’ every day.
Allen Candy, said “ Our professional practitioners work closely with fitness and rehabilitation experts to deliver services that are appropriate, targeted and relevant to individual needs and goals. “The programs here promote healthy living and help to support quality of life, wellness and confidence among older people trying to keep active and maintain independence in their own homes,” he said. Apart from the programs and services we offer here at Payneham, we are also welcoming members of the broader 55-plus community to participate in exercise classes at Life Care’s residential sites at Parkrose Village at Everard Park, Reynella Lodge at Old Reynella and Aldinga Beach Court at Aldinga Beach.”
