When the trade price list is updated we send the new price list by email. Prices are reviewed February each year. 2.2 You will be required to pay for delivery and for faster delivery services. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are indicated on the trade price list. 2.3 There is no minimum order value once the first order is placed. However there are minimum quantities. 3 / CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS 3.1 To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. 3.2 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address in the original packaging the item was delivered in at your own cost and risk.
