WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION BEHIND THE STYLING FOR THIS PARTY SHOOT?

I have never styled a circus theme so I had a lot of fun with this one, still using traditional circus pieces to create a fun circus vibe – but giving it a modern twist by using modern colours, to immerse yourself into being at the circus!

WHAT WERE SOME OF THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF THIS SETUP?

We had the most amazing smash cake, and the kids loved having a turn at seeing what was inside. Oh My Balloon Bar created the most amazing elephant balloon sculpture which added a touch of fun to our balloon display. We named him Harold! A super fun scavenger hunt game had the kids looking all around for all things circus, and at the end of our party we celebrated with gold confetti poppers to cheer Jordan on his 4th birthday! It really felt like we were at the greatest circus.

Try be as organised as you can. You never know what little surprises can pop up along the way. Choose a theme that best suits you and your little one, and let them be involved in the party prep - they love it! It doesn’t matter how big, its the little details that tell the best story on the day. Lastly, remember the most important thing is to create fun and a place where children can enjoy themselves and make lasting memories. That’s what it’s all about! Seeing those little smiles light up their faces, with all their special people around them is priceless.
