THIS WILL BE ME ONE DAY, DAD
MCG, JUNE 17, 2023 u Little Parker Cotchin farewells Trent on Saturday night as he realises there’s no kick-to-kick with Dad just yet. Parker, 3, is still a little too young to realise the significance of what happened in the pouring rain at the MCG, when Trent played a blinder in his 300th AFL match to help Richmond upset St Kilda and continue its run back towards the top eight. It ended up being a straight-to-the-poolroom photo opportunity as Parker and his sisters Harper and Mackenzie were chaired off alongside Dad after the monumental victory. And no doubt that kick-to-kick wasn’t far away.
