The boutique hotel Locanda al Colle is in the northern coastal part of Tuscany, on a sunny hill just outside of Camaiore. After an extensive renovation, the building, which was once a farmhouse, has blossomed into a sophisticated and modern hotel where the air is as imbued with art as it is with the scent of the gardens. The Locanda is able to surprise and move you in every corner of each room with interesting works of art in a variety of expressive forms. The owner’s private collection has grown over the years, and guests are able to share in the pleasure of the artwork. Sculptures, created by contemporary artists who find that the property is the ideal setting for their works, are scattered around the guesthouse.

There are a total of 12 stylistically confident and tasteful rooms on three floors. Elaborate details, selected individual pieces and vintage design classics give the nine double rooms and three suites their distinctive character.

Due to the boutique hotel’s hillside location, situated between olive trees, lavender, rosemary and sage, visitors enjoy a breathtaking view of the Tuscan coast and landscape from the panorama terrace.

Quiet and stylish places of retreat are the hotel’s own heated saltwater pool, surrounded by olives and fragrant herbal plants, as well as the private pavilion in the nearby beach club, just a ten-minute drive away from the hotel.
