Vila Valverde is located in gloriously peaceful surroundings at the edge of town with a view of the bay of Praia da Luz. This former 19th century country estate has been fully restored, expanded, and, with great devotion to detail, turned into a small 5 star design and country hotel. Situated on the outskirts of Luz with a beautiful view over the Bay of Praia da Luz the stately home overlooks a 5 ha property planted with a mature tree population, orange trees, biological market gardening, its own spring, a small pond and wide panoramic lawns.

The interiors of the 15 individually decorated rooms, who’s light colours create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, playing perfectly with the straight lines of the furniture. In some rooms, the wall between bathroom and bedroom is glass which, besides being highly original, creates a sense of space.
