Honoring Our Veterans: Central Valley Honor Flight

Central Valley Honor Flight is a non-profit organization that celebrates WWII Veterans and Korean and Vietnam War Veterans by taking them to the nation’s capitol in Washington D.C.to share in a day of honor, gratitude, and community. While there,they have the opportunity to visit and reflect in front of thememorials erected in their honor. Local Visalia organizers Bill andJanet Goodreau have spent countless hours over the years helpingto honor the veterans in the Valley. Funds raised allow each veteranto be honorably accompanied by a guardian who assists themthroughout the entire trip, in commemoration of their sacrifice andservice for our country and freedom.
