NEW PROJECT The Unorthodox

This amazing unique project is kicking off in Moray but their future plans will take them across all 32 local authorities in Scotland

The vision is to have a chain of restaurants, bars, hotels and music venues. They will provide exceptional service but at the same time providing over 2,000 SVQ’s annually.

Jordon MacDonald the founder of The Unorthodox Project has only spoken briefly to Lifestyle so far and it is obvious how passionate and committed he is.

He already has collaborations with The Bearded Chef and Clarity Walk to deliver workshops. Some have already taken place and there are many more planned.

The Unorthodox project has announced their first major event which is a black tie affair in the Elgin Town Hall on the 19th June.

At the event they will introduce the project and explain all about its values and objectives.

It will detail the timeline of the projects development and the key milestones they aim to achieve over the coming 12 months.

Dates of future events and workshops will be announced and of course you will have the opportunity to try out the best from their menu, including, sliders, brisket, ribs, cocktails and much more.

This event is invite only but there are several ways you can get yourself on that guest list.
