Missionary of the Week: Rick & Sue Borman, International Teams in Quito Equador. El Rufugio, a retreat center, focuses on leading people to a deeper relationship Christ through nature and outdoor adventure. Pray for Sue and the children as Rick will be away a couple of times this summer. Pray that the team will have an effective witness for Christ in the community and local schools. Pray for safety and endurance while working on various construction projects.
30-DAY TURKEY PRAYER FOCUS: Get your free prayer guide at the missions kiosk in the lobby and use it to pray daily for our church’s unreached people during the Muslim month of Ramadan. Hospitality Team wanted. July 8-12 FBCG is hosting mission trip teams from across the country. Will you help prepare meals or care for their west campus lodging? Choose your hours. Children’s swimsuits needed for World Relief refugees. World Relief provides a day at the pool, but new residents often lack American swim wear. Giving Envelopes If you would like weekly giving envelopes, please sign up at the Welcome Center in the lobby and they will be mailed to your home every two months. You can also pick up some generic giving envelopes if you are not a weekly donor.
Seniors If you are at least 70 ½ years of age, did you know you can make a charitable deduction to FBCG directly from your IRA, have it count toward your required withdrawals from your IRA and save taxes even if you don’t itemize?
